Nice Cal that I purchased from dealer in 2013 for $7k and renovated. New cockpit cushions. ($1k) New Electrical system. ($1k) Added battery charging system. Added automatic bilge pump. New interior ceiling, cushions, teak, gel-gloss, tile. LED lighting, table. ($2k not including labor) Fixed running lights. Fixed windows. Sails cleaned and in good condition with new batons. Engine was upgraded to 12hp yanmar about 12 years ago. ( no rust ) Working VHF and FM radios, Depth sounder. Self tailing winches. Clear hatches. NO RESERVE Head came with port a poty. It has the storage tank but I didn't get around to that detail. Fresh water system in place but I also didn't get around to dealing with that. My break even is around $12k on the boat. On Spa Creak, Annapolis
