1997 Catalina 400
This fresh water Catalina 400 is one of the most comfortable cruising yacht designs. Her large cockpit with twin wheels allows easy access to her swim platform, allowing you to sit outboard for good sail visibility, and is great for entertaining. Her comfortable interior is bright and airy and features two private staterooms and the spacious main salon tops it all off. The owner’s stateroom aft features a centerline queen island berth. The Hunter 33.5 is a great sailing boat with spacious accommodations below and a wonderful walk-through transom with swim platform and has been one of Hunter's most popular boats. 1983 Brewer Center Cockpit Cutter
"Maria Kay" is a two owner vessel that has sailed the East Coast & FL since new. The current owner bought the boat in 2002 and sailed her in FL and ended up in Suttons Bay Michigan. 1990 Catalina Tall Rig
This "Fresh Water" boat has spent the last few years sailing the pristine waters of Lake Michigan with the current owner. This traditional design remains very popular because of the exceptional volume above and below decks as well as her sailing stability. “Head Stone ” is a tall rig with fin keel and sails faster than the standard rig. She is a fine cruising vessel with the interior space more typical of a 34 foot boat. There are berths for seven with standing headroom throughout the boat with an abundance of storage areas plus cockpit lockers.
