Overall, this Catalina is starting to show her age but has very good bones. Did not have the opportunity to view the sails but the rigging are starting to fray. The navigation station has been updated and all electronics appear to work. The boat could use a haulout and bottom paint.

The hatch over the cabin does leak a little but the seller is working on sealing that.
The rigging all appeared to be there and in good working order according to the seller.
