This 2001 Cruisers Yachts 4450 Express MY is presently on the hard.
The boat is in good mechanical condition. and the seller states the engines and generator are in excellent running condition.
While anchored on his approach back from the Bahamas the seller states that the props hit coral and have been bent. This boat will need props tunned and also the shafts checked and repaired prior to any trip.
Paint appears chalky but could buff out if compounded.
There are a few places on the swim platform that look like they need some TLC but boat appears solid.
The interior appears to be clean and in very good shape for the year of the boat.
The aft cabin is the jewel of the boat with a private bath as well as a French door bath tub.
The marina where the boat is requires a reservation to splash the boat and to haul and block it. There is also a fee to the buyer for this. Please be aware at the marina has a 2 week wait to use the travel lift at the time of the listing.
