1976 Chesapeake 41 Bay Deadrise Custom Built in 1976 by the well-known Chesapeake Bay Deadrise designer and builder, O'Neil Jones, "Dutchess" is the "real deal" for anyone looking to purchase an actual Chesapeake Bay Deadrise.  She is a simple boat with few systems to maintain, but she does come equipped with a finished cabin that includes a comfortable v-berth and fixed head.  She is powered by a single Caterpillar 415hp 3208 diesel with reportedly 600 hours since major overhaul, and has a relatively new Garmin chartplotter/radar/bottom machine with through-hull transducer and a new VHF.  She has a pilothouse steering station as well as a full set of controls in the massive cockpit- this makes her the perfect boat for entertaining a small crowd or Bay fishing.The boat has been hauled annually for bottom inspection and painting, and the CAT has been kept up-to-date on all services.  Current owner has owned her for nearly 20 years, and is ready to pass her on to the next family (or commercial fisherman!) that is in the market for a true wooden Chesapeake Bay Deadrise.  Located at a private residence in Virginia Beach, VA- please call listing agent for further details and/or to arrange for a showing.  Most photos were taken May 27, 2019.More photos and specifications to be available asap.

1981 Dickerson P-B Flyer,This is a 1981 Dickerson Downeast style cruiser. It has a Chesapeake Bay deadrise style hull. Very few of these were made by Dickerson in Maryland. The boat had the aft portion of the cabin added to it approximately three years by the previous owner. Powered by a single Perkins Turbo-Diesel which was serviced in April with fresh oil and two brand new marine batteries. Purrs like a kitten.Sleeps 4 comfortably. Top-loading fridge works perfectly. Could use a little TLC (some minor woodwork needed) but a great and unique boat. I guarantee you're very unlikely to pull into a slip next to her twin!
