The current owner has been in possession of this boat since 1989. Used seasonally as a fishing charter boat on Lake Erie. The port engine was started this spring with no water and it appears significant damage was caused and the port engine needs to come out. Sold "as is, where is" The boat is in decent condition considering being used as a charter fishing boat. The hull appeared to be in good shape with no large gouges or scratches. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase. The exterior of the boat was bright and clean. The blue top looks great. The helm was neat and well laid out. The exterior cushions look to be in great condition. There is one small cut on one of the aft cushions. The cabin was very clean, there were no musty smells or signs of mildew. There is some water damage near some of the port windows in the midberth. The engine compartment had no smells, no oil leaks were present. The engines look to be in good working condition with minimal corrosion. Stock #299205 SUPER CLEAN!!! LOW HOUR NEW AND REBUILT 7.4 MPI MERCRUSIERS!!! The seller is motivated to sell. The boat mechanically is in good condition and has potential to be a great boat. The boat was just completely detailed, it is bright white and looks great! THERE IS NO GENERATOR OR A WORKING AC SYSTEM. The generator was removed, so there are still hook ups. The ac unit is still in place, but not working. The seller also discloses the windlass, spot light, cockpit refrigerator and galley refrigerator do not work. The seller has records of the engines being replaced. One new engine block was replaced in 2015 and one rebuilt engine block was replaced in 2017. The seller states the engines have very low hours since they were installed. The twin 454 Mercruiser MPI engines are fuel injected and closed cooled for longevity. The seller had the beautiful blue top, with the extension custom-made. There is a large sun pad on the bow. The exterior cushions look bright white. The seller replaced the dc switches on the helm. A Rockford Fosgate stereo was recently added. There is plenty of room in the aft cockpit, the extended top keeps you in the shade. Step up to the helm and there is a comfortable rear facing seat and a double wide seat for the captain. You can walk thru the windshield to lounge out on the new sun pad. The cabin is spacious, there is a large forward berth. To the right, is a dining table that converts to a berth. The mid berth is massive and private. The head is large with a separate stand-up shower. The galley is laid out nice with ample countertop space and cabinets. There is a neat tv mounting cabinet that swivels to the forward berth or main salon.

This Cruisers 4280 Express Bridge is ship shape overall. The full canvas bridge enclosure and isinglass are intact, the isinglass is cloudy. and the canvas had some mildew or discoloration on the underside, see photos. Upholstery looked good ovarall. The Detroit Diesel engines have very moderate running hours and are reliable and powerful, the owner confirms. The floor of the bridge was repaired to remove a soft spot in May of 2022. Electronics and the boat's mechanical features are in good shape, the owner confirms, except the owner has never used the dingy lift and the dingy davits are removed. The lift and the davits are included in the boat sale. The current configuration has recliners in the salon that are set away from the wall for reclining room. A sleeper sofa could be added by the new owner to make sleeping accommodations for six. Don't let this one get away! There are still a few electrical panel issues but nothing to keep it from being functional. Everything is in good working order. The boat is in the expected shape of a 25 year old boat. Boat is being sold "as Is" needs some work on port engine during recent survey engines both started and got the boat to plane. The generator needs an exhaust sensor, the part did not come in before the end of the season. Refrigerator up top does not work, and the stereo and spotlight are not functioning. There is a spare set of propellers in the engine compartment. The upholstery appears to be good shape, the cabin is nice and has two heads. Stock #310286 a smooth ride. Camper canvas encloses a big cockpit, great for parties CATERPILLAR DIESELS!!! TWO HEADS!! You will enjoy the space provided by this 1998 Cruisers 4270. Up top, there are many places to sit and has a large swim platform at the transom. Below are two single beds in the aft suite convertible to a king bed and a head with a shower. There is a large galley with a good size refrigerator/freezer to hold all your frosty beverages. The cat diesels started up. She has some updated electronics. The boat has a solid feel. The floor is solid all around. The bow area is solid as well as the bow rail. The windlass is working properly. The bimini is in good shape. The isinglass needs a good cleaning. Gauges are easy to read and working. The GPS and VHF are not working. The generator needs to be replaced, and the starboard shaft seal needs to be replaced too. The engine room seems pretty clean. The boat needs some service and can be ready for the next trip. Stock #321111 WEEKEND GETAWAY ON THE WATER!!! TWIN MERCRUISERS!!! SUPER COMFORTABLE !!! LOADED WITH FEATURES !!! Ultra comfortable Cruisers 3672 Express ready for a new home. Starting aft, a big swim platform welcomes you to this boat. This particular platform comes with a fish box, a storage compartment, and a swim ladder, a pretty rare feature that makes this area more usable. There is also a lazarette in the transom and your shore power connections. As you step in, there is lots of space to move around thanks to the boat's 13' beam. To starboard, a massive L-shape seating lounge with a table, ideal to enjoy the ride or a meal while anchored. Right across, you have your wet bar with a big wine cooler and sink. At the helm, you are raised by 2 steps which provide the most visibility around this vessel. To port, there is a nice big lounge where people can enjoy the ride next to the helm. GPS and VHF are currently offline. This whole area is protected by isinglass. Inside, an impressive amount of headroom in this cabin, 6' 6". As you step down, to port you get a full galley with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. There is plenty of storage around the galley area. The living room comes with a massive dinette area which converts into a berth and has the stereo control right next to this area, as well as a massive flatscreen TV. Midship, there is a big sofa that converts into a berth too and has its own privacy curtain. Across from the dinette is the entrance to the bathroom. This particular bathroom comes with a separate shower toilet and sink, all positioned to maximize space and comfort when in this area. Last, the main bedroom features a queen size berth with lots of storage around. There is also storage underneath the berth. This area feels extra roomy with the accent light and the two portholes. Overall, there is no more comfortable 36' boat in the market. The cabin layout makes it ultra comfortable and versatile. The deck accommodations are well laid out, and provide the most space while having many features uncommon in this size. A must-see! Reason for selling is not using it.
