1982 Custom Treworgy Pilothouse Cutter This pilothouse cutter is truly one of a kind. Designed by Mark Treworgy and built by Treworgy Boat Building in NE Florida, with steel construction to ensure that she was tough and strong. Awlgrip Arista Blue hull.  Not only is she rugged, but she will turn heads. Her pilothouse is offset by a graceful hull design, and the low profile makes her look anything but "boxy" (as some pilothouse boats tend to do). Her owner has sailed both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans aboard her, and she now sits in St. Augustine, FL, awaiting her next adventure.  Her hull was plated of 3/16" and bottom of keel with 1/2" steel with substantial framing, with 3000 lbs. of lead ballast (cast to shape and anchored). Her cabin is aluminum (isolated from the steel). Mark Treworgy designed her to be rugged and strong, yet comfortable inside. She can be steered from inside the pilothouse or from the cockpit, her galley is sizeable, and v-berth functions as a double berth or twin singles. Interior joinery and craftsmanship is superb. Among her equipment: 2 VHF Radios Benmar 21 Autopilot AIS Receiver 2 GPS systems, Garmin Signet wind instrument  Signet knotlog Signet Fathometer Scanmar Monitor waindvane with aux. tiller pilot Icom SSB  220 Amp hour house battery bank with space for an additional 220 amp hour Separate starting battery 3 burner propane range and oven Crosby 12 B Refrigeration More-than-ample storage Dickerson heating system 2 fire extinguishers 2 electric bilge pumps and 1 manual Bilge blower Nilson electric windlass 35 lb. 1989 Custom Center Cockpit Cutter, Purchase from the owner and the price will drop $50,000===Robert Perry Designed Custom Aluminum 46 foot Center Cockpit Cutter the plans were based on Perrys Norseman 447 with substantial improvements. She won the Best New Metal Sailboat award in 1990 from the Metal Boat Show. She may quite possibly be the best 46 foot sailboat on Puget Sound. This boat is very strong and light for its size and performs like the high end vessel she is.The hull is epoxy-coated 5086 marine grade aluminum, with an Awlgrip finish - a grinder is needed to get down to bare aluminum. Semi-flat bottom with a moderate free board, and a flat bow line so she tracks through waves without affecting the course - this boat "tracks like a Swan". With an over-sized skeg-hung rudder the boat will do a 360 in two boat lengths. Robert Perry himself called this "one of the finest fabrication assembly jobs I've ever seen". The fabrication work is so clean the boat looks like fiberglass popped out of a mold. This yacht has one of the lightest and brightest interiors around. Very cheery for those gray NW days. $225000 ($175k if bought from the owner). Please contact for a detailed description.

43 foot LOD Dished steel, George Sutton designed Custom made by a professional shipyard. This vessel has never been launched and is awaiting completion. Interior stringers are predrilled for easy bolting of interior. Wear points, Chainplates, Stanchion bases, Hatch hinges, and mooring cleats are all welded stainless steel to prevent rust staining by lines etc. wearing through the paint. I purchased the vessel from the welder. vessel was white blasted prior to having 5 + coats of epoxy sprayed. I rolled on over 20 gallons of additional epoxy coats. In addition to Spars, sails, rigging and interior woodwork, the Vessel needs engine (Designed for 85=100 HP diesel), needs prop and prop shaft. I have a transmission that probably needs rebuilt. Also it has 10,000 pounds of lead ballast in keel, 200 gallons of fuel tankage also built into the keel. Engine bed mounts welded in over the bilge. Bronze steering quadrant. Stainless Steel destroyer wheel. This hull is very well built and would make an ideal bluewater cruiser or circumnavigator. Priced at under half of the cost of a new hull build out, this boat is a great project.
