The boat is in good shape but needs paint both top and bottom. The mainsail is functional, but had some paint or stain spilled on it and it needs replacement. The engine worked fine when it was hauled 8 years ago, but will need maintenance before starting, the owner confirms. The mast seal may need to be replaced. The vessel appears to be in good shape inside and out. Some evidence of a plumbing leak is visible on the floor in the cabin. The current owner says this occurred before he purchased the boat and he has no idea what the issue was. He has experienced no maintenance issues while he owned the boat. The cabin layout includes a foward V-berth, separate enclosure with head and shower, and dinette in the main cabin with settee. An aft galley is portside and the nav station and quarter berth are on the starboard side. The interior is appointed with real teak and walnut. This boat is extremely roomy with a twelve-foot beam and can easily accommodate dinner for eight in the dining area. This is a roomy and capable cruiser. With a little bit of elbow grease and patience, she can be made ready for cruising the world. Reason for selling is no longer using.
