1990 Gibson 36 Standard, GIBSON 36 STANDARD HOUSEBOAT. With Fly Bridge and Bimini. Twin - Volvo 250 4 cylinder inboard/outboard engines. Very fuel Efficient. Engines in top running shape. Compression checked and all cylinders within specified range. Tuned and serviced on schedule regularly. Onan 7500 Watt generator in perfect running order. Heat and AC. Full bathroom with full stand up shower enclosure, electric toilet. Kitchen contains all options (refrig, gas oven, gas stove, built-in microwave, appliances). Nice size Pantry. (2) single beds in lower front cabin. In back bedroom, (2) more single beds. The option is to have them as single beds or raise them up into the 4 person dinette and a futon couch. Back room is designed with sliding door for privacy. Couch in front living room also pulls out for one double size bed. storage underneath for all life jackets.(sleeping for 6)2 group D house batteries with fully automatic charger, automatic charger for each of the 3 batteries in the engine compartment, and 3 inverters located throughout the boat wired to house batteries to provide 110 AC. complete instrumentation at main helm and at fly bridge helm. Remote spotlights, VHF radio, stereo, depth gauge, etc. Flat screen TV with cable TV hook up. (2) 30 amp shore power outlets/cords and dockside fresh water hook up. Boat has been highly maintained - bottom paint new 2009 and in great shape (bottom inspected out of the water again in 2012).
