The Wellcraft V20 was one of the best boats ever made. Built for the ocean it has a deep v-bottom and slices thru waves. Designed by the Naval Architects C. Raymond Hunt & Associates, the V20 has a serious proven track record. People have used these boats to go from Miami to Cayman Islands for years! Great for fishing and/or pleasure. Fiberglass floor. 4 fish wells. Dual battery switch. Huge cuddy for a 21' boat. Hardware is tight. Railings are tight. Lights and gauges all work. Transom, outdrive and hull/stringers were inspected by a marina recently and they are all good. Mercruiser 470 engine has the alternator conversion done and is all there but does not start, and I have not gone further with it. Floor is soft in a few places but still hold weight fine. Stringers are good. Trailer has newer 8-ply truck tires, cost $400 for the 2 tires!! Hubs are good and bearings recently greased. Trailer lights work. 2" ball.
