Book Value on this Boat is in the $77 to $85K range. The owner has priced it with the following conditions in mind and that it will need some work done on it.
Known issues with the boat are a crack in the front windshield. Part of the master bedroom ceiling has had the upholstery taken down. There is a crack in the dinghy davit that would need to get welded. The AC is not working and the upper spreader is damaged and would need to be replaced. Some of the other windows, especially in the front are pretty well fogged up also. It would also need a thorough cleaning and waxing.
No screecher. The stateroom ceiling got soaked from open hatch and was partially taken down.

The boat has a new windlass with a remote. Excellent ground tackle including a good spare anchor. The boat had the bottom painted this past year so it is in good condition.

This Gemini appears in very good condition for a 19 year old vessel. There is the normal spider cracking on the top deck that is seen with a lot of Gemini's. The owners have added many items including solar panels, batteries, soft start on the a/c, refrigerator and freezer. The bottom was just repainted in 2024. There is some minor spider cracking on the top deck which is not unusual.
Only known issues are the shower water pump is not working or has a clog, the Windlass has never worked since the current owner purchased in 2014 and there is no dingy included with the sale.
There is a small fiberglass repair on the starboard side of the bow.

For power she has a Westerbeke 30 B Diesel engine with 27 horsepower. The engine currently has 2125 hours as of July 2024. There is an onboard A/C system which blows cold and can be shore powered or used with a portable generator. The seller has installed a soft start which allows a 2,000 watt generator to start and run the A/C with ease.
The interior shows well and is in good condition. There is abundant storage all over the vessel. There are (4) total house batteries and multiple solar panels. An inverter is powered by (2) of the batteries to provide 120V at sea.
The seller has used one of the births to install a refrigerator and freezer that run off of 12V. This area can be converted back to a birth. The original head was replaced with a composting head which works excellent.

Margaritaville is a very clean 2006 Gemini 105MC (hull #928) for sale on Marco Island, Florida. I bought her in May 2014 for $125,000. She was documented with the Coast Guard at the time of purchase. Since, she has been exclusively by my family for day sailing around Marco Island. She is a fine vessel, but due to some recent health developments, she is for sale.
She has been maintained by a professional captain and Rose Marina on Marco Island since. She has been washed about once per month and washed and waxed about once every three months. The bottom has been cleaned regularly by BottomsUp of Naples. Her bottom paint was touched up by Rose Marina June 2016.
