This Sea Ray 220 Sundeck has 564 running hours and shows normal wear from family use. The Upholstery is in very nice shape overall. The SeaDek in the cockpit and swim platform has been removed (see photos). There was one switch at the helm that was loose. The manifolds were replaced in 2022. Annual fluid changes have been performed. The drive trim was not working correctly recently, the owner is determining the cause. The axles were recently replaced on the trailer and the brake calipers were replaced. Tires still had the air nubs on them from when they were manufactured and had deep tread. With a large cockpit and helm area protected from the elements by a full headroom canvas and isinglass camper-back enclosure, guests will be able to hang out regardless the weather, and the boating season extended for those up north. Down below the moving around area is open and expansive thanks in part to almost twelve feet of beam, and the entrance stairway from above with triple telescoping door panels effectively doubles the opening and allows extra light and communications with the cockpit area above. The forward berth sleeps two, and the convertible dinette table to starboard another two, not to mention any campers on air mattresses or floats up in the cockpit. The overall condition of the 2021 Sea Ray SLX 230 is good. The hull and bottom gel coat were found to be clean and in good condition with a few minor scratches detected. The upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips or tears found. There was a small water stain found on a bow cushion. The trailer was found to be in good condition.
