1996 Omc SeaNymph FM170, 1996 SeaNymph FM170 Fishing Machine. Ready to go! '96 115hp Evinrude OIS. 50mph+.Single owner since 1997. Garage and covered storage kept her whole life. Shorelander single axle trailer with piston actuated brakes (recently rebuilt). Two live wells (front-rear). Large enough for Salmon and Crabs! Fits in a 19' garage with tongue removed.SeaNymph has been an amazing boat for me and I'm reluctant to let her go but I have upgraded and am focused on fishing the Sound more than fishing the freshwater lakes. I have had her out in the Sound for the last couple of years so it has been in salt water. I clean and flush the engine with Salt Terminator EVERY time! And also wash the boat down from salt spray. The trailer is powder coated and is seeing some signs of salt rust but not anything severe. Trailer lights have been rewired last year. Brakes are working great! Good for a smaller truck (V6) on our NW hills! Not sure of exact weight but I use 2,000lbs as a safe number. She runs amazing and has never left me stranded. The electric trolling motor can get you in if you need that assistance. The sun shade over the center of the boat offers good shade and rain protection. Plenty of room for extra cloths and rain gear(can include if your my size). There is minimal wear and tear from age but no major damage. Some rust on trailer and a few nuts and bolts. Front live well has a crack but can be fixed. I use is for a drink and food cooler so you don't need to take a cooler onboard. Back well is large enough to hold ice and salmon. It has water circulation to keep your catch alive too! Very stable boat with V shape bow and near flat stern. Gets up on plane quick and scoots at a white knuckling 50+ mph! Water conditions pending of course. She has plenty of power to maneuver the larger waves and get where you need to be in a hurry. WHILE I STILL HAVE TOW VEHICLE, WILL BRING TO YOU (REASONABLE DISTANCE) FOR "GAS MONEY." Acquired in early 2014 from my dad's cousin. I don't have time to use it enough to justify keeping it. Original 5.0 liter engine was replaced with a 5.7 liter remanufactured Jasper engine at some point. I had to replace the coupler (joins the engine to the stern drive, had to pull stern drive and lift engine out to do this), one major repair you won't ever have to worry about. Completely cleaned carburetor, replaced plugs and oil, tuned up, and have used for almost two full seasons now. Runs like a champ. Two working depthfinders, one brand new that I just installed. A section of the keel is a bit banged up from an ill-advised "beaching" I made in 2014, but boat is perfectly seaworthy. Just finished using it in Michigan, on vacation, for a week. Water pump impeller changed at beginning of last season. Engine oil and stern drive oil changed at the beginning and end of last season and beginning of this season. New prop hub and 4-blade prop gives it a great "hole shot" even though it is a fishing boat configuration. It has blue bimini top (shown in one of the pictures) and gray camper top with side and back curtains, all in good condition, just missing a snap or two here and there. You also get the gray trailering / storage cover shown in the picture on the trailer. It is stored in Aurora, Illinois but I am willing to bring to and launch in Burnham Harbor (Chicago, right by Soldier Field) so you can take for a "spin" if you are seriously considering purchase. Will also consider selling engine and stern drive (the two together as a package, leaving me with just the hull and trailer to deal with the disposal cost of) if there is anyone interested in those, either to use or just for parts. Tons of gear (for skiing, tubing, and fishing, including a manual downrigger, a couple of electric downriggers I haven't gotten to work yet, and some custom 6-8' "salmon" rods) I will sell with the boat or separately depending on whether you want "the whole package" and we can agree on price.

4 Blade Power Tech Stainless Steel Prop with 19 Spline Hub Kit. This is for a Volvo SX Drive and should also fit the OMC Cobra SX Drive. I checked the model number with the factory and the say its a 13.75" Diameter x 20" Pitch although they refer to it as a 14" x 20". There are a few very minor dings on the prop but otherwise in excellent shape. This is not enough prop for my boat so my loss is your gain. This prop is $500.00+ new so don't miss it!!!

Sterndrive rebuilt shafts in the past 2 years. Steering cable replaced in 2010, steering gear O ring leaks very slightly oil out. No water in, lift drive has gear strengthener kit installed, New Ball gears,starter Alternator 2009, Stainless prop. Lenco tabs, live well cover and storage hatches replaced with teak. Original teak swim platform. Windshield has safari type opening windows. Live well pump works. New battery's. Boat comes with 2nd set of Exhaust manifolds. These are hard to come by. Boat has Bimini top in good condition. Comes with 10k lb trailer in great shape, but has no title. Trailer also has new serge brakes and four new redial tires.The Tsunami model came with Alcohol stove and sink. Both work fine. I also have the original outriggers. one is bent at the base but can be repaired. These are impossible to find. Boat comes with VHF radio and fish finder. Cushions replaced in 2010.
