Those are the main parts... THE ENGINE MASTERMIND I'm friends with Craig, owner of BDS (Blower Drive Service) - Craig has been building Blowers and Complete Blower Motors for 45 years. Craig selected the compression ratio, the camshaft profile, the blower pulleys, the engine tuner, machine shop etc... Craig hooked me up with everybody I needed to get this motor built so it came out real nice. THE STORY ABOUT THE HULL This is a 46 year old classic ski boat design that was never intended for 800 HP. The steep 9 degree propeller shaft angle is designed to make the boat pop right up out of the water with a skier in tow. With 800 HP, the boat jumps completely out of the water, which limits the usability of all of that power. The fix is to install a 7 degree strut and move the engine forward about 12 inches so the boat would go forward instead of up. Plus, the floor is delaminating and needs to be re-fiberglassed (in my opinion). THE CASALE V-DRIVE 12 degree with prop release (whirl-away) and 22 gears. The shifter has a detent safety button to keep it in gear. Has a Heavy Duty, 6 Bolt, Stainless Steel, Balanced, Propeller Shaft Coupler from Beaver Fab, THE TRAILER New axles, good tires and has a unique wood platform that is really cool. WHY SELLING I am moving 2300 miles away and I have 3 trailers but only 2 tow vehicles. And, I own another "more" family friendly boat (supercharged 21' open bow). I don't need to sell, it makes moving a bit easier... THE PRICE $15,000. I prefer cash in person. This wonderful 1977 Raysoncraft has new interior, new aluminum fuel tanks, a new blown 468 Chevy with a new blowers USA supercharger, with matched twin 850 Holleys. The ultra quiet C-500 Casale v-drive has new gears, and we did all the bushings last year. This Raysoncraft is set-up for family boating with cocktail seating, an engine cover and a 3 blade propeller. The engine was professionally built for the supercharger, we used original aluminum Chevy heads ported to match, a new mallory ignition, and has just been tuned. This Raysoncraft comes with a custom cover and has been stored inside it's whole life, the paint and gel coat are in great shape, a little of the pin-striping has worn off but, (very minor).
