This boat has been meticulously maintained by all three owners and the receipts and logs of repairs, maintenance and upgrades have been cataloged and available for the next captain. The brightwork is in very good condition and all windows and doors work well. The engines start right up and run strong. The Galley Refrigerator has a failed water pump and potentially condenser. The Fridge does not work. An iconic Brand and Model this Chris Craft Constellation 45 is a great day cruising boat that can also be used for extended cruises or even as a summer liveaboard cottage!! Accompanying this stable performance is a cabin equipped with two staterooms. The forward stateroom has two single berths and a full head. The aft suite includes a separate stateroom that includes 2 Twin bed sized berths and a separate full head with a unique full mahogany shower and an extraordinary amount of storage. The main salon is wonderful for entertaining, and very roomy. The galley contains a sink, a full refrigerator, microwave, and twin burner butane stove. A smaller fridge is in the salon within a beverage area. Powered by twin Yanmar four-cylinder turbo aspirated diesel engines model 4LH DTE. She will not win any races but will reliably get you where you are going. The three Marine Air units were installed in the engine room and circulate air and heat through vented hoses to the two staterooms and salon. Reason for selling is physically unable.

1973 Chris Craft Commander We are selling the most custom 45 Chris Craft Commander on the market. This boat received over $400,000 in custom features and changes to make her a great live aboard. The majority of the work was done in 1996 which included new 3208 Caterpillar diesel engines with only 920 original hours. The interior was completely redone with teak and the boat was totally rewired as well as a new generator. All custom seating in the salon and Fly bridge, custom electronics panels and extended flybridge area. There is also a bow thruster, windlass and dingy lift. Aft stateroom was converted from two twins to one queen berth. The company has set some trends and followed others, marketing to satisfy the boating masses. Chris-Craft is a survivor that has thrived through the years, and has built a reputation for reliability. Its latest line of family cruisers illustrates this. Under new OMC ownership, the company has completely retooled and restyled its fleet for 1991. The 302 Crowne just might be Chris-Craft’s hottest new boat. With an aerodynamic, molded look, wrap-around windshield and stylish, low maintenance features, this open express cruiser is a finely styled blend of gusto and comfort suited for growing families who enjoy a lot of activities on the water. Equipped with twin 260 hp OMC Cobra 5.7 Liter stern drives, the test boat popped onto plane and quickly hit speeds of nearly 45 mph. We idled out of Lake Union through Montlake Cut and onto Lake Washington, where conditions were like a mill pond. The wake was silky smooth, almost flat, and the counter-rotating stainless steel propellers seemed to offer ample control. They kept things smooth and quiet on a ride that had us cutting turns steadily at full throttle without a slip or jog. Buyers also may opt for the next step up in power packages: twin OMC Cobra 7.4 Liter drives that pump out 330 hp. These undoubtedly would have taken our test boat over the 50 mph mark. It was purchased new in 1968 by my grandmother from Irwin Marina on lake Winnipesaukee. It was born and raised on this fresh water lake. It was in a boathouse most of her life. I have spent my entire life with this boat and have rebuilt the engines, trannys, carbs and fuel pumps. It has new canvas, seats, and carpet. Fresh varnish and paint every season. It has Chevy 327F twin engines pushing 210 hp. This Wooden Chris Craft is solid. There is ZERO rot. The boat has been pampered its entire life and it shows. It starts right up, sounds great and give a nice solid, smooth ride. She can sleep 6, but you can load as many people as you dare for a cruise. There is a pump-out bathroom with sink, kitchen area with sink, icebox, two burner stove (never used) and plenty of storage. There is a huge couch which converts to twin bunk beds.
