1977 Glastron SSV-189 Boat Selling As Is. It will take an additional $1000 or more to make it a viable boat. i am not interested in doing that and if i did, i would have to sell for $3000. I am hoping this will be a good starter boat for someone.This inboard/outboard runabout is 18.04 feet long and weighs 2155 (pounds dry). This weight does not account for passengers, fuel, or gear. The beam of this craft is 88 inches. The motor is a 165-hp Mercruiser I/O. The boat has not been in the water for the past two years. Last year I had the starter rebuilt at an authorized AC Delco Center and got the engine started with water in my driveway. The motor needs some work but I just don't have the time anymore to work on it. When i had it originally, the starter would not turn the engine over. The starter was rebuilt and got it to turn over and then had trouble getting it started. Once it did start, it was running rough. The hull is in great condition. The trailer is a Galvanized Shore Lander trailer and is in great condition as well. 3-brand new tires for trailer. Two mounted and one spare. Outboard lower unit in good condition as well as the prop. Power trim and tilt works fine. It has a xxx fish-finder. Selling 1979 Searay Weekender 26' with dual axle trailer. Boat comes with Twin I/O 165HP Merc's. Port side has been replaced four to five years back. Boat is blue and white as shown in pictures. Boat has a top cover and side that can be removed if desired, or you can just roll them up for the day and when done, bring them down. Boat has head, stove and sink that have not been used over the years, contains a table and bench seats. Ship to shore power, I have a ac to dc converter installed, installed new Perko switch on port side and has one on starboard side that controls the 4 batteries (2 on a side). The boat will come with life jackets and life saver donut, boat is equipped with Auto Pilot, Fish Finder and Marine Radio. I have two manual down riggers that will go with the boat and also two plainer boards. I also have a air conditioner that will go with boat for hot overnight stays on boat. I am selling the boat because I have another one for fishing and don't need two. I have installed new spark plug wires on the port side engine and spark plugs on both engines. Boat runs excellent and trolls excellent for fishing (as low as 2.0 - 2.3mph for trolling). Boat does need some tlc, if you want to tinker around with it. But is ready for the water. This boat is setup for fishing and pleasure and has been used on Lake Erie for the past several seasons. You have to see it in person to appreciate it. For those out their that want to boat or fish or both, this is the perfect setup for that, plus your getting a lot of boat for the money, don't let this package deal pass you buy.
