1972 Hallberg-Rassy Rasmus 35 The Rasmus 35 was designed by the leading Swedish designer of elegant yachts of the 1960's, Olle Enderlein.  In fact, they made 760 boats between 1967 and 1978. It was the first sailing yacht in the world with a windscreen.  That makes her center cockpit very well protected while keeping elegant lines.  Hallberg-Rassy is know for supplying large diesel engines.  This particular vessel has been repowered with a Yanmar 4JH5 (54 HP).  This is an extremely well maintained and updated Hallberg-Rassy Rasmus 35.  Check out her details. This ocean-going yacht is available and ready to go now.  This boat needs to be seen.  She deserves your attention and review.

1979 Morgan 382 The Morgan 382 is an innovative 1970s design without racing aspirations. A teardrop-shaped hull, wide beam, discreet reverse transom, and long overhangs might be the hallmarks of a vintage racing boat, but Ted Brewer designed the Morgan 382 as a cruiser, not as a racer that could also be cruised. Owners have taken them everywhere. The boat is balanced and well proportioned, and the low cabin trunk and 6-inch bulwarks help keep the profile trim. At upward of 17,000 pounds the boat is almost in the heavy-displacement category. The hull, however, with its elongated fin keel, skeg-attached rudder, and roundish bilge, isn't that of a slow cruiser. The all-wood interior offers volumes of room and storage. The head of the double quarter berth to starboard serves as the seat for the nav area; opposite is a large and efficient galley. In the saloon, the L-shaped seat to port seats two comfortably at the drop-leaf table. A wide settee and a narrow pilot berth occupy the starboard side. The head is roomy and has a fully enclosed shower. Under sail, the motion is predictable and comfortable, and the wide deck offers excellent footing with many flat surfaces. The practical and well-protected cockpit commands a clear view in all directions. The helm is responsive. Overall, the boat is stiff and fast; it points high, and it cuts through chop easily. The anchoring system consists of a single anchor roller and a foredeck locker.  All items that need maintenance or repair are easily accessible. Morgans are reliable on the hook, in light air or in heavy weather. On this Morgan there is some work to do as leaks associated with deck checking and ports have caused damage to the interior, one of two potable water tanks was never used by this owner due to leaks, and the hot water system needs work. On the positive side she features reverse cycling HVAC, two 75 watt solar panels with a new solar controller, bottom paint just 2 years old and maintained by dive services, and new batteries and canvas in the last year. The Perkins Diesel has been regularly maintained.  The pillow style  mattress and interior cushions show as new.

1985 CAL MK II The Cal 35 is a great US-built classic dual purpose boat. If you choose to sail inshore or offshore, the Cal 35 is up to the task, and she has a nice turn of speed for club racing. Designed by Bill Lapworth, she is essentially a scaled down CAL 39 with improved windward performance. CALs were quite innovative for their day; they are some of the earliest examples of what have come to be known as performance cruisers--boats with moderate displacement, a longish waterline, fin keel and high efficiency rudder. The generous accommodations include a master stateroom forward that can be closed off from the main cabin for true privacy. It features an extra large V-berth with generous storage underneath, a large hanging locker and additional cabinet and drawer space. It is very airy with a large hatch overhead and two ports on each side. The full enclosed head with large separate shower is to starboard and it is a must for a true cruiser.

1983 Murray 3HM35 Big Price Reduction...Make an Offer !!   This is a Ted Brewer design to produce a roomy, conventional auxiliary that will combine the strength of steel with good performance characteristics in a nice chine hull.  Her modestly long fin keel provides excellent lateral plane with minimum wetted surface for light air performance.  At the same time, her large skeg/rudder assures good directional stability and control at all times. "One Love' is a special boat.  Since she's steel, there's no chance for blisters, nor is there a core to create problems.  This vessel is ready to take offshore.  She had a bottom job done in July of 2015.  Nothing to do but provision and shove off. Call today to schedule a viewing of this solid yacht.  "One Love" will not disappoint.
