The blue hull sides look to be in nice condition. The white gel coat was bright and clean. The exterior cushions are burnt from the sun and cracked. The gauges on the helm are readable, however the plastic lens is cracking. The cabin smells of mold and mildew. There is mold on the headliner and carpet below the refrigerator. Per the Owner: Both engines were tuned up in May 2021. Gimbal bearings were just recently replaced last year in 2022. The boat also was detailed last month. I am the third owner. This Sea Ray 280 has twin 4.3L gasoline engines, a Kohler 5E generator (466 hours), air conditioning, and an aluminum trailer. Below deck it is equipped with an overnight package which includes shore power or generator with a private head, forward V-berth and a mid berth. In air-conditioned comfort you will find a dinette, galley with stove, microwave, sink and mini fridge. Topside accommodations include a deep companion lounge and an aft-facing seat that converts to a sun pad. It has a wet bar and the helm seat has a flip-up bolster. The walkway through the transom door leads to an integrated swim platform with stow-away swim ladder and integral storage in the transom with easy access to shore power. The 2018 trailer has three axles and is ready to travel to your destination. The engines and generator are raw water-cooled. It cruises at 28 MPH while using 16 gallons per hour of fuel.
