The boat is extremely stable in rough water and, for a houseboat, is very powerful and really moves if you happen to be in a hurry. It is very easy to anchor (especially with the new windlass!) and a whole lot of fun! This boat has been a tremendous joy to us. It is our floating lake cabin/RV and we love it, but we just don't have the time to use it a lot anymore so we have made the tough decision to pass it on to someone else.
