I've lived on her last five years dockside, underway, on the hard, at anchor and sailing cruising often solo across 20,000 miles of ocean from Seattle down West Coast thru Hawaii into South Pacific & back to Hawaii. I had a two phase plan to refit, fix her up allowing me to enjoy cruising the Pacific Ocean and isles. I completed phase one but developed a condition two years past that now forces me to sell. An alternative to paying $150,000 for a similar in excellent condition or $80,000 with a running old engine worn and soon to fail or mandates a rebuild. Is to buy cheap get a great hull, good rigging & sail gear, anchoring system, versatile spacious interior to be used as is & continue remodeling or redo to your own liking while enjoying life aboard and/or sailing. Or an alternative housing scenario. That alternative is this. The 2010 survey put the boat at a $400,000 replacement cost, a $115,000 - $140,000 refit complete value and $85,000 market value. The prior owner needed a survey for bank loan and insurance. 2010 survey available upon request plus 2012 addendum.

1988 Winner 22 center console 2009 250HP E-TEC with only 195 hours as of April 2015. (serial number is late 2008. I have been told it is considered a 2009 model. It was installed in 2009.) 22 foot Winner all fiberglass hull with big custom dive platform. Overall length from tip of anchor pulpit to rear of motor is about 26-27 feet. Top speed around 45 depending on load and how much fuel is in her. I typically cruise at 30mph at 42-4300 rpms. My average fuel economy is around 2.5 mpg. The E-tec can be set at 50 to 1 or 100 to 1. It is set at 100 to 1 so your oil really lasts. The motor has a very nice sound to it and is quiet enough to easily talk and hear over at any speed. Check out Winner at www.thehulltruth.com and you will find tons of people saying what an excellent boat Winner is. This boat has been fitted with a custom dive platform with a molded gill bracket. She has a color Furuno bottom finder that works great! The Furuno chart plotter has something wrong with it. We are the second owners since the E-Tec 250 was put on in 2009. It had about 115 hours on it when we bought it. We took it to Top Cat Marine in Land O Lakes where the motor came from and it needed nothing. I have attached a copy of the print out I just had Riverside Marine do for me to provide proof of 195 hours and no current needs for service. The previous owner told me he had a 100 gallon plastic fuel tank put in when the dive plat was installed. I have never ran it out to confirm. New canvass on T-top and new vinyl on all cushions is in excellent condition. Rocket launchers plus all other rod holders I think is 16 total. Scuba tank holders equal 8. 30 gallon live well with constant clean water. Not re-circulating old water. Tons of storage hatches. Also storage in leaning seat. Big compass with light. Trim tabs. Big storage inside center console. (Enough room for a private porta potty if you wanted to. Remote control spot light on front of pulpit, forward big deck flood light, rear spreader flood lights, floor cockpit lights. Steaming light on top of T-top and of course all bow and stern navigation lights. Tandem axle heavy duty Aluminum I-beam trailer. I will check but I think is a 2008. It is in excellent shape. Rubber is very good and I always make sure the bearing buddies are full! WE CAN SHIP THIS BOAT ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD!!! EMAIL FOR QUOTES! The boat is also virtually unsinkable thanks to a meticulously installed urethane foam structure system sandwiched between the hull and deck(Bob Dougherty)   With such few decisions to make on the 350, the toughest one is whether you’re worthy of a boat like this: of course you are,   Hardcore FishboatThe North-East Florida builder’s flagship is a hardcore fish boat unlike any other. She’s loaded to the gills with standard features, but available with few options. (There isn’t much else to put on her that the company hasn’t already thought of!) Innovations AboundThe front of the boat includes several innovative items that I really like. There is a plush front seat with side grab-handles, cup holders and head rests just forward of the center console. Forward, a raised deck casting platform incorporates an electric table that rises up from the deck to offer a snack table large enough to accommodate everyone on board. There are also massive storage lockers in the bow’s deck with lockable storage compartments in the gunwales for your rods and reels. Finally, the forepeak has an anchor hatch with access to the windlass, control switches and fresh or raw water wash-down hose. Helping to keep the boat organized are six gunwale storage lockers, perfect for storing lines and PFD’s. A wide gunwale cap includes long, powder coated bow railing for safety while thick coaming pads, rod storage and toe rails complete the boat’s sides. At the HelmBest of all, the command center of the 350 is high-tech and comfortable, with digital instrumentation on top and anti-fatigue matting below. Easily sleeps 5 and is legally registered to have charters for up to six persons. Gusto" Is an incredibly well founded safe and comfortable vessel. She has made trips from Boston to Central America and back several times. She is a full keel vessel that offers a high degree of stability and comfort in any seas The below is my last survey May 30, 2012 Yacht Survey and Condition Report At the request of Mr. Peter M Licnikas the undersigned surveyor conducted a condition and valuation survey of the yacht “GUST-O” a 1978 48 ft Mermaid Ketch sailboat as it lay on jack stands at Yankee Landing Marina Merrimac St, Newburyport, Ma 01951. Name: GUST-O Year: 1978 Builder: Pali Shiang Taipei Hsien, Taiwan Model: Mermaid 42 Ketch Documented: 624951 Hull ID: TAC420251278 Dimensions: LOA 48' LOD 42' Beam 12’2” Draft 6’3” Displacement: 14 net tons Type: Sail Intended Use: Pleasure Hull Graphics and Color: White hull, green bottom Estimated present Value: $71,200.00 Estimated replacement value $245.000.00 Scope of Survey: The purpose of this survey was to estimate the current market value and marine risk evaluation. The survey of this vessel is based solely on careful visual and non-destructive inspection of all accessible portions of its structure and available equipment. Complete inspection can only be made by removal of soles, decking, headliners, ceiling or hull lining, tanks, and joiner work. Complete inspection of machinery, auxiliaries, piping, tanks, systems, electrical wiring, electrical and electronic equipment can only be made by continued operation or by disassembly. This would be damaging in nature and prohibitively time consuming, and therefore was not done. This vessel was surveyed while in lay up at Yankee Landing Marina, Merrimac St. Newburyport, Ma 01951. I visually inspected all sections of the vessel and its equipment detailed in this report. General Description: This hull is a reinforced fiberglass molding hand laid up using alternate layers of mat and woven roven with polyester resin. It is stiffened with web floors, bulkheads and joinery flanges. The hull design incorporates a molded lead filled keel and rudder for ballast. The hull is heavily built and is rigged as a Ketch designed for sail with a 45’ main mast, and 25’ mizzen mast. Bottom: Underwater surfaces were smooth and fair with no signs of damage or recent groundings. The bottom paint was in fair condition. I sounded the entire hull with a phenolic hammer and found no voids, blisters or delamination. I also placed an Electro-physics moisture meter on the hull and found it to be in the acceptable dry range with readings of 15 and less. Through hull fittings were all bronze and appeared original and in good condition, however none were removed for inspection. I observed several through hull fittings that were plugged or partially blocked by barnacles and growth. I recommend the fittings be cored out. The keel is lead filled for ballast rated 9400lbs. The propeller shaft is a 1” in diameter stainless steel supported with a rubber stern bearing with an external housing, all in good condition. I placed a target on the shaft and rotated it. The shaft tracked true within visual tolerances. The rudder is supported at the top with a 1.5” bronze shaft. The shaft and bearings turned smoothly with no signs of wear. Boot top up was white epoxy paint. The paint was in overall good condition with only minor scuffs. I observed one deep scratch on the starboard side that I recommend be repaired to prevent moisture intrusion into the underlying fiberglass. Topsides: Topside teak wood has been removed and replaced with fiberglass with non skid. The topsides were in good condition solid with no signs of moisture or rot. Cabin ventilation is through four Lexan covered 24”X24” teak hatches and four brass 6” air scoops. The life rail was rubber coated stainless steel cable with stainless steel stanchions. All stanchions were well secured and solid. All cleats were stainless and wood in good condition well bedded and solid. The rub rail is teak in good condition. Tanks: The two fuel tanks were rectangle in shape located under the cabin sole. The tanks were aluminum and well secured with proper fill and vents and rated at a total of 88 gallons. Water tanks were rectangle in shape and located under the cockpit sole. The tanks were well secured and fitted with proper vents and fill. The tanks were rated at 110 gallons. Spars & Rigging: Masts and booms are constructed of wood and appeared straight and in good condition. Both masts were rigged with no stretch stainless steel cable and turnbuckles. All rigging was in good condition well secured to the hull and properly tightened. The masts were in need of new paint. Hull Interior: Below decks I removed loose floorboards, opened lockers, and removed drawers for the best inspection of the hull interior and bilge area. I found all bulkheads to be secure with no signs of stress or damage, and the bilges to be in need of a minor cleaning. The interior was finished in custom teak in good condition, and consisted of a V berth forward with full head and shower. To the rear was a salon area consisting of a bench seat on the starboard side and a dinette on the port side. To the rear of the dinette was a galley consisting of a 4 burner natural gas stove with oven, ice box, and double stainless steel sink. The starboard side contained a large chart table with electrical panel. To the rear was a second full head on the starboard side and large master stateroom with queen size bunk. Bilges where sited were generally clean. Bilge pumping was with one super gulper manual pump in the galley. Along with a 12v rule 1500 main pump, and a rule 1000 backup. Steering on board is a pedestal center post with a 3’6” wheel turning a Sea Star hydraulic system rated at 1000 psi. Electrical: The vessels electrical supply is both 120ac powered by a shore power cord only, and 12v. The shore power only powers several outlets. All AC outlets were GFI protected except the outlet near the chart table. I recommend that outlet be changed to a GFI outlet in accordance with ABYC recommended practices. The 12v system not powered up at this time. The 12v wiring was well run, secured, and appropriately sized with a breaker panel and battery selector switch mounted above the chart table in accordance with ABYC recommended practices. The 12 v system was powered with three 800 amp combination starting/house batteries and one 1200 amp and 1000 amp dedicated house batteries. All batteries were in acid proof boxes and well secured located under the aft bunk. Fire Protection: Fire extinguishers consisted of four BC size I. Propulsion Machinery: The yacht power is from a 1978 Perkins 4108 diesel rated at 80 hp. The engine has a 60 amp alternator for charging the starting and house batteries. Engine compartment ventilation was through two 3” intake and exhaust. Engine mounts bolt to steel I beam beds with no apparent signs of movement. Fuel lines are copper hose in good condition. Engine seawater intake is through a bronze ball valve with sea strainer. Engine exhaust is direct to the transom through rubber hose. Fuel filtering is with a Racor filter/water separator in good working order. Lube oil was clean and filled to the proper level. Engine was not running at this time due to winter layup. Engine controls were mounted in the rear cockpit with a single throttle/shift lever with push pull cables. The cables functioned smoothly and were in good working order. THERE IS NO WARRANTY GIVEN OR IMPLIED FOR THE FUTURE USE OR LIFE OF THE ENGINE DESCRIBED HEREIN. Ground Tackle: Ground tackle on board consists of a 40 lb plow type anchor with a good lead of chain and of 5/8” nylon anchor rode. Sail Inventory: 1 mizzen sail 1 mainsail 1 130 jenoa Electronic & Navigation Equipment: Garmin 3210 Plotter/sonar/weather Standard Horizon digital depth sounder Cobra Marine VHF radio Sony Am/Fm/Cassette stereo 1 Ritchie compass Safety Gear: 4 12 gauge Arial flares 8 Type I adult life vests 1 Type V throw ring 3 Type III adult life vests Horn/bell/whistle Conclusion: Overall this vessel appeared very well maintained and in good condition for its age and class. As seen, this vessel would be a considered a suitable marine risk for its intended use of inland, bay, and near costal operation provided all (*) recommendations are complied with, and all U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment is properly fitted. The estimated value was based on the average selling price of vessels of this size, type, construction, condition, and age, with all equipment and accessories observed aboard. This value is based on personal knowledge and experience with the present sales market, along with listings on the internet, references, resources, and publications available to this surveyor, and is represented as our best opinion with available information. Up for sale is this classic Penn Yan Blue Fin 23 center console in good condition. This boat has been stored for 6 years due to an estate situation. The previous owner had repowered the boat two seasons before his death so the current motor is said to have low hours. Since my purchase I have "moved up" and no longer use this boat so she is for sale. The vessel has a HUGE deck area for fishing. The hull is the Penn Yan tunnel drive design which is said to be able to cruise through water as shallow as 18 inches. All and all a great designed boat that will need some restoration to bring back to it's full potential. HULL: The hull is in good condition with the normal scrapes and dings that would be expected on a hull of this vintage. there is a cracked area in the gel coat on the aft starboard corner which appears to be from a void in fiberglass under the gel coat from manufacturing. This should be a simple fix with some filler and gel coat, and paint. None of the other scrapes affect the integrity or performance of the hull. The bottom has anti fouling paint. TOPSIDE: The topsides are in good condition. Most of the topside areas are a bit dirty from storage but have no significant fiberglass damage. There is some rubbing on the rub rail but is strictly a cosmetic issue. The bow rail is in good shape without breaks or bends but some of the bases and stations are corroded and need replaced. The aluminum hard top is sound and in good condition with some flaking paint. COCKPIT: The cockpit area is a wash down design but there are areas where the decks are soft and will need some repair in the future. There are a number of hatches and doors on the decks that are all in place except for one. Some of the deck hatches are too soft and will need some repair. The seats will need recovered but they will make good patterns for a template. There are a few stress related cracks in the dash area gel coat but nothing that will compromise the integrity of the deck. ENGINE & COMPONENTS: The motor is a 230 hp MerCruiser / GM which is basically a 350 cu with a 2 barrel carburetor.. The engine is was repowered before the storage period and is said to have two season of use. The motor is fresh water cooled and looks to be in good condition with the exception of surface rust and peeling paint. I have not attempted to start the engine and it is being sold "as is". TRAILER: The trailer is a galvanized Load Rite ez loader type roller with tandem axels. The boat fits well on the trailer and it appears in good condition. The tires have some weather checking but nothing significant. The trailer brakes have been disconnected and will need serviced to make in working condition. If you do not want or need the trailer I will keep it and subtract $1000.00 off the total purchase price. VIDEO LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XE1TvStz30 LEGAL STUFF: I have not willingly omitted any information on the condition or status of the above vessel or trailer. If you are an interested buyer and unsure of the true condition I suggest you come inspect yourself or hire a surveyor to represent you with an inspection. The boat is sold with a clear NJ Boat Title. Please check with your Motor Vehicle Agency BEFORE buying to make sure that all the paperwork provided will be sufficient for a successful transfer of ownership. SHIPPING: Domestic Shipping can be arranged by any shipper you prefer or I may be able to get a local hauler to quote a price AFTER auction is completed. I will work with any shipper to get the unit successfully loaded and on its way to your location. International Shipping: I do not give international shipping quotes but do refer you to: http://www.cjinternational.com/ , http://www.worldclassshipping.com/ , http://fbifreight.com/ , http://www.cargobrokers.com/ .for all overseas shipping needs. I can coordinate a local shipper to transport your purchase to the Port of Baltimore, Maryland, USA for a fair price. ANY Bidder with a rating less than 5 will need to contact me prior to bidding. If you should bid with a low rating I will cancel your bid. I appreciate new ebay users but it seems of late that there are many low rating bidders who do not follow through with sales. Please do not be offended but rather understand the issue to keep relisting due to these individuals. Please check this one out and Bid To Win as we are selling this boat. I will require the payment format to be followed to complete the sale. Sorry to sound like a jerk but I had to list an item 4 times to get a successful sale last month due to bidders who should be kicked off this site. Thanks for looking, SNACK

You are bidding on a near mint 1987 26’ Shamrock Stalker Center Console Fishing. It has a Loa of almost 28 feet. The Boat was repowered with a brand new out of the box 2005 Mercruiser 350 Magnum MPI complete engine, pushing 300hp that barely has any hours on it. Shamrock Marine boats are one of the most high end, high quality made fishing boats ever made. The craftsmanship and structural integrity of this boat is mind blowing. A true offshore fishing machine with all the amenities you can ask for. The patented Keel Drive Design performs extremely well in offshore conditions and is very economical to run. Shamrock quality can easily be compared to names like Bertram, Rampage, Albemarle, Blackfin, Fountain, Contender, Pursuit and Boston Whaler. Shamrocks were hand made and hand laid by skilled craftsman using the highest quality materials. NOT LIKE the mass produced production line fishing boats like Grady White, Mako, Aquasport, Proline, Bayliner, Trophy and the like. ***HERE ARE 2 LINKS TO OVER 100 ADDITIONAL PICTURES OF THE BOAT VIEW THE PICTURES INDIVIDUALLY https://www.flickr.com/photos/34254757@N08/sets/72157646498024820/ VIEW THE PICTURES AS SLIDESHOW https://www.flickr.com/photos/34254757@N08/sets/72157646498024820/show/ COMPLETE DESCRIPTION DRIVETRAIN - Powered by a Single 2005 Mercruiser Bluewater Inboard 350 Magnum EFI engine pushing 300HP with very low hours. The motor has never been taken apart, modified or rebuilt in anyway since new, it was a complete new out of the box Mercruiser factory engine that was installed in 2005. The motor starts right up and runs smooth at any rpm and pumps tons of water. The oil pressure is excellent and the motor runs cool as well. The engine is mated to a Borg Warner Velvet Drive straight inboard transmission that shifts smooth and quiet in both forward and reverse. The running gear including stainless steel shaft and prop is in good operating condition and operates vibration free. The solid bronze rudder is in great shape, steers perfect and issue free. (waiting pick up new zinc for rudder, will be installed before boat gets picked up. All the other zincs have just been replaced and bottom has been painted. KEEL DRIVE - Shamrock Boats are made with their patented keel drive system. It’s a fully fiberglass encapsulated keel that completely protects the propeller and rudder, adds tremendous stability to the boat giving is a very smooth ride under offshore conditions, it increases fuel economy and adds stability by lowering side to rocking when you are shut down fishing. The bottom of the Keel is reinforced and protected with a solid ¼” built in strip of bronze that protects the keel from any scrapping and is extended to protect the propeller as well as the Rudder. LINK TO MORE INFO ON THE BENEFITS OF SHAMROCKS KEEL DRIVE SYSTEM http://www.shamrockboats.com/content.php?p=shamrock_advantages/keel_drive_advantage.html FUEL ECONONMY - This boat is Extremely economical to run. At a mellow cruise of about 20 knots it burns about 5 gallons per hour and gives you about 4 Mpg. If you bring it up to a 24kt cruise you’re still getting 3 + Mpg, depending on sea conditions of course. This is unheard of fuel economy compared to most outboard and inboard outboard boats FUEL AND FUEL MANAGMENT – . Factory rigged with 2 separate 50 gallon fuel tanks located on one each side center to rear mid-ship. The tanks are leak free and were factory made from Aluminum and then barrier coated to add protection from the elements. You can run on both tanks or one depending on your preference. The fuel tank switch is located under center hatch where you stand for wasy accces. There is also additional inline filtration before the fuel reaches the engine. I recently installed a primer bulb inline after the tank selector switch, currently missing stainless clamp to be installed. STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY – THE STUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THIS BOAT IS MINDBLOWING. FROM THE ROCK SOLID HUGE STRINGERS TO FULL FIBERGLASS ENCAPULATED KEEL. EVERYTHING IS ROCK SOLID AND IN GREAT CONDITION INCUDING ALL AREAS OF THE FIBERGLASS NON-SKID SOLID FIBERGLASS FLOORS AND HATCHES. THERE ARE NO SOFT SPOTS ANYWHERE. THIS BOAT WAS EXTREMELY WELL MADE AND OVERBUILT. THERE IS NO WOOD CORING TO ROT OUT AND CAUSE ISSUES. HULL – THE HULL HAS VERY FEW KNICKS, DINGS AND SCRATCHES. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY MAJOR REPAIRS FROM ACCIDENTS ANYWHERE ON THE TOPSIDE OR BOTTOM. THE BOAT IS IN AMAZING SHAPE FOR THE YEAR WITH MINIMAL IMPERFECTIONS AND WAS MAINAINTED VERY WELL. A GOOD CLEANING AND WAXING COULD BRING OUT THE SHINE EVEN MORE. BOTTOM - The bottom is in excellent structural condition with no sign of any hits or repairs that were ever made. The boat was recently bottom painted and all new zincs have been installed. There is no corrosion on any of the running gear. Next year I would recommend a good scraping and sanding of the bottom paint to get some of the layers off. RUBRAIL- The heavy duty rubrail is in near perfect condition with barely an imperfection anywhere. It has imbedded rope which could use a good scrubbing. WINDLESS – The boat comes with a 3 year old Windless with a nice Anchor and chain and plenty of rope. The windless works great and has remote switch located at the helm. FISHBOXES- One huge one rear of the center console mid deck with 2 separate hatches, another good size one in front of the center console before cabin entrance, and a huge one in the cabin. All are self bailing and can be plugged if you choose or add an aerator. COCKPIT- The cockpit is huge with plenty of room for fishing. You have a choice of using the removable rear fishing chair or the 2 new fishing deck chairs with gimbals that are still in the box and come with the boat. ROD HOLDERS AND OUTRIGGERS- The factory installed integrated console seat has 4 built in rod holders and a nice storage compartment it is overly built, secured tight and in great condition. There are 2 rod holders on each side of center console and 3 built in rod holders on each side of the gunnels and also come with 2 removable and collapsible rod holder mounted aluminum outriggers in nice shape. SEATING - The leaning post seat and front center console bottom seat is brand new). The rear removable plastic chair needs a good cleaning and eventual cushion replacement (cushions are standard and about 80 bucks). Also comes with 2 brand new fishing deck chairs with gimbals that are still in the box. STEERING / CONTROLS / CABLES - The steering is smooth, tight and operates the rudder properly. The Morse throttle and shift controls and control cables work properly and operate smoothly. 12 VOLT POWER – The boat is rigged with 2 brand new power master batteries controlled by a battery selector switch. Batteries are secured nicely in place nicely with hold down plates. MISC MECHANICAL- The trim tab motor, switches and tabs themselves works perfectly. There bilge pump with float switch operate properly in automatic or manual. The blower motor works great. The spreader lights work great GUAGES - The helm comes equipped with a full set of gauges including, Volts / charging gauge (charges properly), Temperature (engine runs cool), Tachometer (operates properly), Oil Pressure (excellent), and clock. The gauges are back lit for night usage. Nice built in compass. SWITCHES - Every single switch operates as it should. Including separate switch for speader lights (it’s like daylight when fishing at night), Bilge works properly with float switch on Automatic or Manual, Blower works properly and sounds strong. Running lights work as they should. The windless and trim tab controls work fine and are located at the helm. RAILS / CLEATS / GRAB BARS - All the stainless steel rails, cleats, grab bars are mounted very strongly. The stainless rails are in great shape with no loose rails or bends anywhere. The Stainless cleats are in great shape, strategically placed and solid as rock secured. DECKS AND HATCHES- There is not one soft spot anywhere on any topside deck or the main deck. All the hatches are made of solid fiberglass (no wood core to rot out and aver cause problems).Almost every square inch of every deck is factory made with no-skid to ensure proper footing at all times. The decks are self bailing as well. WINDSHIELD - The Windshield is good condition and is crack free. The aluminum is in nice shape and with some metal polish would come out amazing. The center console windshield is smoked dark and although structurally fine it is showing cloudiness and its age. WINDOWS AND CABIN HATCH - Inside the Cabin the main hatch is made from solid fiberglass is leak and issue free. There are also 2 opening porthole hatches in the cabin one should be re-sealed about an hour fix. CABIN - The cabin is all molded in fiberglass floors and sides and contains 1 huge fish box that will self drain into the bilge or can be pulled up as well. There is access to a good size anchor locker. The V-Berth is a very good size and with the removable Insert it adds even more space and yet you can still open the bathroom door. (note door is not stained it was just still wet from being washed down.) The headliner could use a cleaning and a little adhesive but other than that the cabin is very nice with all the teak wood... With some teak oil the cabin would look amazing. The cabin structure is all molded fiberglass including the cabin floor. The few stains in the headliner should comeout with steam cleaning in my opinion, if not you can easily cut them out and replace with the standard color headliner material and some adhesive. The cushions rare in fair condition and are in the process of being re-done. All brand new cushions will be on the boat in the next few days. BATHROOM - The bathroom is located on the left side of the cabin. It is completely enclosed for privacy and a decent size. Porta potti not included. ELECTRONICS – In the above console is a nice stereo with 2 built in speakers (one on each side of overhead console), a Standard Horizon VHF Radio and 2 Garmin units, a Garmin 400c Fish Finder (good for depths to 900ft) and a Garmin 152h GPS / Track Plotter unit (that can store up to 3000 way points and 50 Routes. All work perfectly. EASY ACCESS -This boat was designed for easy access to work on or maintain any and all ships systems. The engine itself can be assessed from either the forward engine hatch or a rear hatch. Transmission and packing shaft can be easily obtained. The rear rudder and steering control systems are accessed from a rear hatch. All decks are screwed down incase you ever needed to access any of the systems. THROUGH HULLS PENETRATIONS- There are 3 through hulls located in the boat. The First being the water intake which has a brass pick up strainer (in mint shape corrosion free and has new zinc) The intake leads a inline manual shut off (works perfectly) The Second is where the Stainless Steel Shaft comes though the stuffing / packing box into the transmission. The stuffing box is in great shape and issue free. The Third is where the rudder penetrates the hull to meet the steering arm. This area functions properly and is issue and leak free as well HOSES All the hoses throughout the boat are in great shape and issue free STORAGE - There is tons of storage throughout the boat. Under the V-berth are hatches with access to large individual storage compartments. Plenty of Rod storage with built in rod holders in the cabin and under the gunnels and room for plenty of tackle in various compartments and 2 built in deck storage or fish boxes. There is also a nice size compartment in the front starboard side before you walk into cabin. MISC ITEMS INCLUDED 1) Life Jackets, Rope Anchor, Etc Bottom Line- Turn the Key and go fishing on one of the most stable offshore fishing platforms you can buy for it’s size TRAILER. There is no trailer included with the boat however a friend of mine is a venture and load rite trailer dealer and I can get you a brand new bunk trailer for the boat for around $3,500 depending on the options you want. DEFECTS – THE ONLY KNOW DEFECTS ON THIS BOAT ARE COSMETIC IN NATURE AND ARE AS FOLLOWS.: 1) A few minor scratches on hull from docking (see pictures for details) 2) The headliner material could use a good cleaning and a little adhesive in some places, the interior of the cabin could use a cleaning and updating. 3) The boat overall could use a good washing and waxing. If you finished all the teak the boat could truly amazing. CONCLUSION I HAVE DESCRIBED THIS BOAT TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY BASED ON MY OBESERVATIONS AND USE OF THIS VESSEL. YOU ARE WELCOME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME SEE THE BOAT FOR YOURSELF DURING THE AUCTION. I STAND BY MY DESCRIPTION 100%. IF YOU COME SEE THE BOAT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION AND THERE IS ONE WORD THAT IS INACCURATE IN THE DESCRIPTION I WILL RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. JUST AS YOU EXPECT BE TO HOLD UP MY END I EXPECT YOU TO HOLD UP YOURS AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE BOAT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING PLEASE ASK FIRST TERMS 500 immediate deposit due at the end of the Auction through papal. The balance is due in 7 days by either cash on pickup or you can send a personal check in advance as long as it clears before pick up. The buyer has till 10/31/14 to remove the boat at their expense. After that long term storage charged by marina is $150 per month. The boat can be kept there for as many months as you need to work out the transport logistics. I will assist with your transporter in anyway I can. A friend of mine is a local transporter who delivers in the tri-state area only. I can get you a quote if you like. I have a transferable NYS title for the boat that will be given to the new owner once the boat is paid in full and picked up. The boat is being sold as is with no warranties or guarantees but it runs like a top and will run the engine for you. All Shamrock hulls decks and component parts were hand-laid using rolled fiberglass materials and resin. The hull is molded in two halves and, depending on the deck and cabin configuration, an additional 15 to 20 individual molds are used to create the parts necessary for the completed vessel. This allows for removable components that provide easy access for replacement of machinery and tanks. It’s a more expensive way to build boats but the result can often save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars when repairs become necessary. When the two halves of the hull are joined, the keel is filled with a mixture of resin, sand and glass fiber resulting in a rock-solid appendage able to withstand substantial impact. The full length keel adds stability and protects the running gear. This carefully, hand crafted construction added several hundred hours of construction time to each boat Fuel tank is coated with a zinc chromate primer to help prevent corrosion from exposure to bilge water and marine quality stainless steel and bronze fittings and fastenings are used throughout. Shamrock boats are powered by direct-drive inboard engines rather than fuel burning and less efficient outboard and inboard/outdrive power options offered by other manufacturers of boats in this size range. The inboard engine is mounted near the center of the boat for better weight distribution and they are mounted lower in the hull for a lower center of gravity. This leads to greater stability and better handling characteristics such as predictable motion, good lateral and tracking stability and full-length keel that helps dampen roll whether trolling or at rest.
