1978 Custom Weld commercial fishery I have owned and operated fishing vessel "Ida B" for over 14 years. Maintained and repaired as needed on yearly pull outs. USA Certificate of Documentation maintained yearly. Associated Marine Surveying Co. Inc, Marine Surveyors and Consultants most recently conducted May of 2015 in moored status and March 2015 hauled out of water at Giddings Boat Works, Inc. and examination of the hull and running gear was conducted and found sound. F/V "Ida B" was found insurable and operational to Coast Guard standards to this date. Last haul out was May of 2016 for wash maintenance, replace zinc's, paint and repairs. "Ida B" has pilot house and main cabin, operational and navigational controls from both. My captain of 14 years and I are retiring and are looking for someone to continue an age old tradition. The "Ida B" is a turn-key commercial fishing operation including Salmon(disaster relief on F/V for Salmon closure is 83k), Tuna, and 300 Crab Pot Oregon permits. 1977 Key West #1 43 Lobster/ Snapper Placed on the market to sell this 43 Lobster Snapper Key West #1 style vessel is powered by a very dependable Cummins 6 CTA 450 Turbo Diesel that will cruise this solid vessel at 20 MPH. Situation does not make some details available and the attached specifications are as accurate as possible in light of this. She runs very well and is in Go to Sea condition. This vessel is being sold as the owner is retiring from commercial fishing. She is being sold as a complete READY TO GO business. A commercial crabbing license for Delaware is also available for an additional 10K Video of this boat is available at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbeeBERfkAw DETAILS: -New Cummins 300C, ZF280 Trans ,PTO and hydraulic oil cooler put in during winter of 2007-2008 - has 1750 hours now -110 gallon fuel tank -Full length heavy duty keel -Hull soda blasted in spring 2009 - put on sealer and 3 coats of paints -Hull has very few scratches, sides have a few -Bottom has been pressure washed, needs to be painted before launch -Prop is okay, has some nicks, but no boat vibration -New rubber sleeve put in rear shaft bearing in 2007 -Rudder shaft has some wear around packing nut -2008 replaced seacock -New wash down pump -Spring 2010 put new sheet of hard, durable, sun resistant, 3/4 inch heavy duty plastic on the stern (like the kind they use in truck beds that carry large rocks) -She was documented until 2002, now I just have a Delaware boat license that expires in 2012 -All electronics work - radio, Garman GPS 172C, depth finder eagle ultra navigator, VHF Solara Only two areas that may need attention: 1)very very small leak in a fitting in 5 gallon hydraulic fuel tank 2)steering bearing has a very small leak OWNERS COMMENTS: Her name is the Wiso III and I always have her serviced at Careys Diesel in Leipsic, Delaware where they have service records if needed. I destroyed my hearing by not wearing ear plugs and my ears are at the point where I have to give up going out on the water, I can not handle the sound of the motor anymore and so I am forced to sell her. She was built by Henriques in Bayville, NJ. Henriques builds these boats for heavy duty work and offshore fishing. We have hauled and moved crab pots all the time and she always rode the choppy seas really well and has been a great work boat. I never run her very hard. I usually run at 1500-1600 rpm cruising around 15-16 knots. You can cruise at over 20 knots but we just cruise at 15-16. When we are out on the water a long way from home I always ask her to get us home safely and she never fails us.
