Sides need sealer and paint touch up in a few spots Last bottom job was 4 years ago. Bottom hull is COPPER CLAD. Recent exterior scrape, sand, prime and paint. Navy Vessel is well maintained by a Captain. Captain reports all systems to be working, The Vessel is currently in running condition. Stock #401020 Renovated Naval Warfare Officers Training Vessel. Converted to a Motor Yacht 1958 Navy Vessel Commissioned as surface Naval Officers warfare training vessel for South Pacific. Later served as a mine sweeper. Sold by the Navy in 1996 after decommissioning to a couple that converted it to a liveaboard and they lived aboard for 11 years after extensive conversion to a private Yacht. They preserved most of the Naval Warfare training equipment. This piece of history is now privately owned. It is now for sale as the owner's health precludes the use of this amazingly preserved Naval Vessel. The bridge, engines, and systems were set up like a naval warship so future naval officers could train for Command of full-size ships. Sit up on the bridge and experience a mini version of a Warship. 4 Detroit Diesel Engines turn two shafts and props via a transmission joining the motors to turn a shaft. 2 engines...one on each side, can be turned off while cruising. Reason for selling is health.

This project is being sold "as is where is". The hull is currently tack welded within a fully insulated and functioning shop in Clarkston Washington on the shores of the Snake River a mere 120 miles from its mouth to the Columbia River and another 345 miles to the Pacific Ocean. Since the project currently is tack welded, final weld up and more lead for ballast need to be added. After which, she'll be ready to move to a new destination via truck or water for finishing if the buyer so desires. The shop is available for lease if the buyer decides to finish the boat on location. The hard "Bimini" top is not connected due to headroom within the shop. All specifications, cut files, blueprints, and plans are included. And, all aluminum to finish the hull is reported to be onsite. Construction began in 2005. She represents the unfulfilled dream of an ambitious, hard-working entrepreneur who ran out of time to complete her - keep the dream alive! Stock #143811 One of a kind Custom Project sail boat! She is unfinished and ready for a new owner to make her all she was meant to be! 95 Foot Schooner Project This Schooner was the brainchild of its owner after sailing as a missionary in the South Pacific starting in 1985. Over the past 20 years, he has sailed over 42,000 nautical miles reaching over twenty countries and island nations. These experiences as a missionary and providing relief work were the catalyst for this project. Designed as a highly capable long range, fast and safe offshore sailing vessel in aluminum for sailing expeditions ranging from the tropics to the Arctic, the original intent was that she be capable of doing rescue work, mission work, and relief supplies delivery for troubled areas. Long range under power was also a primary requirement, thus one could legitimately refer to this as a true motor-sailor, with 100% functionality in either mode. The Schooner's lines will provide high performance in an easily driven hull, planned for maximum speed and the fastest passage times. The twin keels and rudders allow her to sit down where there is a big range with the tides. The interior layout has been planned around an extended family or a large charter party up to 20 passengers. As such, this 3 master will also make an exceptionally fine charter vessel. Displacement will vary from around 195,000# when lightly loaded, to a maximum capacity of 259,000# with tanks full, stores for twenty people, and the boat ready for a long passage, or alternately loaded with a cargo of supplies. Hull speed is predicted to achieve nearly 18 knots. Typical sailing speeds in favorable conditions should be in the range of 12 to 14 knots. In other words, built for comfort AND speed...! Reason for selling is failing health.

1971 Tartan 34C The Tartan 34c is a true S&S designed classic. From 1967-78, 525 hulls were produced. In 1968 she won her class in the Southern Ocean Racing Circuit and then again in the Port Huron-Mackinac Race, followed by the Marblehead-Halifax Race. In fact, to this day they are still winning in club competitions all over. Besides Olin and Rod Stephens, the deck was developed by Gerhard Gilgenast, German Frers Jr. and Francis Kinney. Production came to an end when the factory burned down and molds were destroyed. This led to the newly organized Tartan Marine where production resumed. The 34c’s cruising prowess has been fully realized as the design has been sailed single-handed around the world - across the Pacific to Hawaii, around the Horn of South Africa - not to mention numerous other passages. Today she is considered to be a moderately heavy keel-centerboard sloop with graceful overhangs, wide side decks, a long 8' cockpit and moderate sail plan. Olin Stephens referred to her as a "masterpiece", as everything seems to work well. She sleeps up to six in a cabin trimmed in teak with 6' 2" headroom. The galley is starboard of the companionway with good storage and cooler accessible from the cockpit as well. There's a nav station to port forward of the quarterberth. The port settee will open to a double, and the starboard sette is a single with good storage above both. The table is custom made oak fixed in place and has leaves. She is very easy to single-hand as the jib sheet winches and mainsheet are positioned near the helm. Wings of the Morning, hull number 107, has been upgraded over the years and so shows like a much newer boat. The hull and decks have been painted with Awl-Grip. The interior has been rebuilt with planked ceilings and overhead. The galley has been completely rebuilt and upgraded with tile and custom cabinetry. The companionway ladder is custom built. There is new electrical wiring and panels and the rudder is new. She has a professionally rebuilt engine with new complete exhaust system, new engine fuel pump, carburetor, alternator and water pump. There is a new fuel tank and galvanic isolator. The bottom has been epoxy-coated. The mainsail has been overhauled. There is a Harken traveler and mainsheet system with 8 to 1 purchase. She has new electronics, a new swim ladder, a new Bomar hatch amidships, new safety lines, new Harken roller furling, and new halyards and sheets. The dual bilge pumps are new. The head compartment needs some work completed on the cabinetry and there is no fresh water system or tank. The exterior bright work will need attention. The bottom half of the centerboard is broken off - a new one is estimated at $1500 new from Tartan. Wings Of The Morning is here on the hard and ready to be seen today!

2007 Jeanneau 45 Sun Odyssey If you have ever dreamed of taking a break and cruising off to the South Pacific, this is the boat for you.  After buying it new, the owner did just that, spending the last four years island hopping from sunrise to sunset.  During that time, he discovered everything that was needed to make such a journey possible and installed it on the boat.  It has new teak decks, a water maker, solar power, wind power, all kinds of electronics, and back-up upon back-up for every system...  Heck, he even installed wider steps on the swim ladder so his dog could climb aboard more easily.   Now he has fulfilled his dream, he is moving on to new challenges, and so this boat has to find a new adventurer.   Could that be you?    Note: This vessel is held in an LLC.
