The white paint on the wooden hull is in good condition with only minor marking from a transport tarp a few years back aft of the passenger side window (pictured) The varnished and sealed mahogany front deck and interior are in very good condition with no repairs or refinishing needed. The limited brightwork still has plenty of shine but does show some pitting as would be expected on an unrestored survivor boat. The engine is seasonally maintained as needed and reported to be in running order, ready for the season according to the owner. The rear area has no built-in seating but the seller has frequently placed teak deck chairs for additional seating but they are keeping the set they currently have and are not including them with the boat. The custom-made bimini allows the captain some standing room behind the wheel and shades the whole interior of the boat. Being a wooden boat, the hull does require soaking and swelling each season to get back to watertight and that has not been done this season. Reason for selling is getting a boat to do the great loop.

1961 Cruisers, Inc. model 302, with original Johnson 75 HP motor. Boat has been in my family since new. Very original. Restored by Norton Boat works in Green Lake, WI. Mahogany/lapstrake construction. Boat has always been properly stored on 4 bunk trailer in covered storage building. Overall condition is excellent. Boat is located in Green Lake, Wisconsin. Please call owner Monica at 203-945-6056. Boat is in Greenwich, Connecticut. Have owned the boat since '95. Moored at Larchmont Harbor. Winterized Cos Cob, CT/ local marina. Cash or certified check. Survey report is available and done by New England Marine Surveyors, Inc. 5-10-94. Boat was maintained by MacKenzie Marine Service in Cos Cob, CT. October 2011 Exhaust Manifold & Riser Manifold and other items were replaced at a cost of $1,644.00 by MacKenzie Marine. Propeller has been replaced by stainless propeller for $500 recently for better performance. Interior is in very good condition. Sleeps 2 in main salon and 2 in forward cabin. Aft can sleep 2 additional. Bathroom: shower and head. Water Tanks: one Approx 20 gallon. Refrigeration: AC/DC Norcold.Stove Make: Seward Fuel: Alcohol/electric . Depth Finder installed.
