Per the Seller: The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained. The owner had both engines replaced with rebuilds, the port in 2016 and the starboard in 2022; and all the corresponding parts, new starter and alternator, of which the maintenance documentation is available by the marine shop that did the work. It is estimated that the current hours is 80 hours for port engine and 40 hours for the starboard since new rebuilt engines were installed. There is a small soft spot on the cabin floor next to the V-berth, where you step to get in and out of the V-berth. Seller will not be having this fixed, it will be up to the next owner. All the electronics are reported to be in working order. For sale is my 1982 26' Carver. it is in overall decent shape, but does need a little TLC. Interior is in nice shape, but the outside needs a good cleaning. the fly bridge will need a new seat cushion and some TLC. we still have most of the original canvas for it, although I don't know if its in usable shape, might be dry rotted. I know yiou can enclose the whole back side with a canvas canopy. it has been sitting for a few years, and hasn't been on the water in about 4 years. we stopped using it for a few years, and I ended up getting a fishing boat, so its time for this one to go. it has a merc crusier 260HP 350 V8 that is water cooled. I have it in the shop right now getting the old fuel drained and having them fire the boat up so you can hear it run. battery's wont be included. it has 2 steering wheels. it has a shower, toilet, 2 sinks, range, refrigerator, heat and AC, sleeps 4. we used it as a salmon fishing boat, but its really a cabin cruiser. it currently has a 18hp outboard Nissan kicker motor off of the back for trolling, but we will remove that unless you want to pay extra $1500. Fishing gear is all removed, but we can sell some down riggers if you are interested. Tandem Axle trailer comes with. tires are in good shape, are about 6 years old and have 1500 miles on them. basically with a little TLC, this will be a nice cruiser. let me know if you want to look at it. the snow finally melted so we can get into the inside now.
