1995 Tiara 3100 Open The 3100 Open's quality, versatility and practicality are what kept her a popular model in Tiara's lineup for more than 25 years. Tiara is well regarded for the quality of their fit and finishes and their quality and method of construction ranks near the top of production boat manufacturers. Game On has a nice seating arrangement with a double helm seat, guest lounge to port and a good-sized fold down stern seat. The interior arrangement has a starboard double berth forward with a draw curtain for privacy, a U-shaped dinette to the starboard side of the main saloon with opposing galley and a head and shower aft to port. She was repowered in 2011 with Twin Crusader 7.4 330 HP engines with 297 hours. She is loaded with the amenities you would expect from Tiara and has been well maintained. 1989 Tiara 3100 Open Legendary Tiara 3100 thats still going strong! Newport Harbor boat its whole life. Hours are high but most are at harbor cruise speeds. For her age she shows well. Current owner (2nd owner) Has updated the boat as needed and stayed on top of maintenance. Ready for fishing, Catalina and family fun!   The Tiara 3100 Open is one of those exceptional boats whose enduring popularity make her a classic design in every sense of the word. (Indeed, she remained pretty much unchanged from her 1979 introduction until replaced in the Tiara fleet with a new 3100 Open model in 1992.) Aside from her quality construction and sporty profile, the appeal of the 3100 has much to do with her large fishing cockpit and comfortable, teak-trimmed interior. Lots of builders talk about versatility in a particular model, but few boats can really walk the walk. The 3100 does: install some outrig- gers, fish box and a baitwell, and shes a serious tournament-level fishing machine. For those into cruising than fishing, a radar arch, swim platform and extra cockpit seating will turn the 3100 into an extremely capable family express with the ability to handle most open-water conditions (although she can sometimes be a wet ride in a chop). Notable features include wide side decks, bow pulpit, good engine access, and excellent nonskid. Standard 350hp gas inboards cruise in the low 20s and reach a top speed of 3233 knots. Note that Tiara continued to produce this boat well into the 1990s as the Pursuit 3100 Express Fisherman.

2003 Tiara 3100 Open This Cream Puff has been stored inside, Covered and well Taken Care OfWith 1000 hours on Her 330hp Cummins Diesels She is in very Good Shape!!The Tiara 3100 Open is a complete update of the original 3100 Open built from 1979–91. Her reworked hull features a sharper entry, additional transom deadrise (18 degrees vs. the 14-degrees of the original 3100), greater bow flare for a drier ride, and prop pockets to reduce shaft angles. Significantly, the 3100 Open also has a bi-level cockpit layout that allowed for the installation of optional Volvo, Cat, or Cummins diesels in an enlarged engine compartment. Tiara has always been a conservative builder and it’s no surprise that the new 3100 looks a lot like the original—basically a no-glitz express with top-quality systems, and hardware. The slightly enlarged interior of the new 3100 has a bit more headroom than her predecessor, and there’s also a bigger U-shaped dinette. Additional updates included increased fuel, a tilt-away helm console, recessed trim tabs, and an in-deck fish box and livewell in the cockpit. Note that a transom door became standard, later models with 330 Cummins diesels cruise efficiently in the mid 20s (30+ knots wide open).
