She was built on a solid fiberglass hull with moderate beam and a substan- tial 16 degrees of transom deadrisethe same proven hull used in the production of the first St. Tropez. There were two interior layouts used in the 33. The first which was identical to the original 3200 St. Tropez, had an island double berth forward and berths for six. In 1991 the layout was revised to include a longer salon set- tee and an angled double berth forward. While both configurations are similar to the original St. Tropez interior, the elevated cabin- top of the 33 adds some much-needed cabin headroom as well as additional exterior freeboard. On deck, the single-level cockpit is arranged with a double helm seat, transom door, and L-shaped bench seating aft. Lacking side decks, a walk-through windshield provides access to the bow.
