This boat is in good overall condition but needs some cosmetic attention. The dodger appears to need replacing in the future and the exterior wood, while solid, could use refinishing. The engine is reported to be in good working condition and properly maintained. Stock #371485 Well maintained Catalina 27 ready for sailing with an amazing cabin size and comfort. This Catalina may only be 27 feet, but it has a lot of room and features of a much larger sailboat. She has been kept in very good condition and has features such as an inboard motor. but with a tiller that many sailors prefer over a wheel. The furling jib is a nice addition to the boat that most of her size don't have. The cockpit is very large and will accommodate 4 adults comfortably but there could be as many as 6 including the Capitan. Inside the cabin to Port, you will find a dinette large enough for 4 adults, which makes into a bed as well. On the Starboard side, opposite the dinette, you will find a stove mounted into a large wood countertop with lots of storage, a sink, and an ice box. Forward of the settee and countertop, is a settee to Port, and a quarter bunk on each side aft of the main cabin. The ample size V-Berth will accommodate two adults, and just forward of the V-Berth is a head with a manual flush toilet.

This is a completely ready to go Catalina 27 Sailboat. The Universal diesel runs great. The boat comes with a main sail and two head sails, both in good shape. The interior is good shape. The cushions are old, but there are no rips or tears in the fabric. She is a tiller steer boat, and it has a draft of just over 4ft. The canvas on the bimini and sail cover in solid shape with no tears. There is a vfh, and all of the electrical is in working order. No soft spots!

Fair to Good Condition! I have a Catalina 27 foot 1975 outboard edition (ie made for outboards--no inboard motor) that NEEDS A LITTLE TLC. She needs some sanding and varnishing, some paint, topsides and bottom (last hauled 2012) and some general elbow grease. She needs a outboard motor. She needs sails. Mostly she needs to be gone, because I am going on vacation and want to spend my money on beer, and not on slip fees. She is IN THE WATER, up the Chickahominy River in VIRGINIA. If you want a great little fixer upper, and already have an outboard ENGINE to place on her (9.8hp was great), buy her. There are no sails, so plan on getting some (she is a "tall rig"). If you have the ability to take immediate possession of this great little boat with a clear title, buy her. Slip fees paid until June 30.

She is docked at Aqualand in a slip paid for til July. This is the finest Catalina 27 on the lake by far, please be a serious buyer when you schedule a time to see her. This is a clean, clean example of the world's most popular cruiser. If you have done your research online you will understand why this boat is so popular. She has been refitted extensively over the past 2 years. The main items are: Brand new Rolly Tasker mainsail, used 4 times. Partial battens with 1 reef point. 50 watt solar panel with charge controller. New KiwiGrip non-skid. Interlux Brightsides on the deck. All the teak redone. All the ugly fake wood laminate recovered. New bilge pump. Solar ventilation fan on the forward hatch. New bimini. New canvass. Beautiful new wood tiller. Winches overhauled. Mast inspected, sheaves lubed, and lights overhauled. All new Staset X running rigging. New battery switch. Custom Mahogany table. Brand new sink faucet from Catalina. New Origo 3000 cook top. The Atomic 4 engine has been changed over to electronic ignition, has a Moyer electric fuel pump, new coil, carbs rebuilt by a pro, new wires, new Moyer hot section, and a complete new exhaust. The moter starts easily and runs great. The old leaking metal gas tank was cut out and a new plastic outboard tank is in the aft storage. New bottom paint 3 years ago. 3 older head sails. Plenty of life jackets and all other items needed to be safe and have fun. The boat is setup for day sailing. The original head with thru hull is disconnected. Draft is 4 feet NO Motor Included: it is set up for outboard on transom to take up to a 15HP All the electronics (including the Electro San) are less than 6 years old. VHF Standard Horizon VHF with DSC channel and GPS compatible. ST60+ Tri Data knot meter/log, depth sounder and water temp The sale is "As is". 1994 Catalina 320. This well priced, nice example is located at the Mission Bay Yacht Club. The 320 is a fast comfortable cruiser with lots of room. It is a modern design with a huge swim step, complete with hot/cold shower, and a step-through transom. The cockpit easily seats 10 with elevated aft perch seats. There is a queen size bed in the aft stateroom (with locking door), an ample 2 person v-berth forward with door and removable wall panels, convertible dining table sleeps two, and a berth to port sleeps one more. The galley includes a double sink with water filter, 2-burner stove, and a great working gimbled oven. The fridge is very large with 2 top-loading doors and a freezer which keeps items well frozen. There is a microwave and much storage.The head is to starboard. There is plenty of room to shower and change with large mirror. The toilet is new. There are two fresh water holding tanks, and a waste holding tank with macerator pump. The 2 4D house batteries are brand new, and there are two deep cycle starting batteries.The Clarion stereo is also new with CD player, bluetooth, charging USB cable, capable of playing pandora, flash drives, etc. and includes a remote control operable from the cockpit. Electronics include; main VHF with a remote handheld (works up to 50' away), Garmin GPS/Chartplotter, speed/depth, auto pilot with remote control, and Raymarine radar. All manuals are on board. The invertor/charger is upgraded and newer. The cockpit built-in propane tank has an accessory line for a BBQ. The dodger/ windows are a few years new. The mast can be lowered (tabernacled) to pass under low bridges. (This is about an $8000 upgrade)All lines lead to the cockpit. The jib is roller furled. The main is fully battened and has lazy jacks to keep the it tidy when lowered. There is a colorful asymmetrical spinnaker, and easily deployed pole. The anchor and rode fit nicely in the ample anchor locker. There is a windlass to help with the anchor.The bottom is cleaned regularly. The engine was professionally serviced in July (oil/filter change, tranny oil, both fuel filters and raw water impeller replaced). The diesel engine is strong with just 1263 hours. It cruises under power at about 7 knots and consumes less than a gallon of fuel an hour.We sail every year to Catalina Island (just returned with our family of four, from a two week trip) and thoroughly enjoy the boat, but we have bought a larger boat with partners and are ready to sell.You will find US Coast Guard Documented "El Encanto" proven, well kept, and ready to go. I purchased this boat from a dealer in SC, had it transported to Daytona Beach, FL and it is currently on a mooring ball on the ICW. The two things that I was looking for were an inboard diesel and wheel steering. 'About Time' has both and is in good condition with a recently installed depth gauge. The bottom was painted Oct 2014. The headsail is in good condition (still crisp) with a new sacrificial cloth on it. The roller furler is in good condition. The mainsail is functional with no rips or tears and is covered by a mainsail cover. The boat comes with a dodger (not installed), a bimini and a solar panel that charges two batteries. The diesel engine has slightly less than 1,000 hours. The wheel steering works great. I am selling the boat to get a down payment for a house that I'm trying to purchase.

We are looking to sell our 27' Catalina sailboat we have been living aboard the past year. Its a great small sailboat for learning for the family or a singlehander with a big suite of sails. Not originally meant for liveaboards in Alaska but we have made it cozy, warm and able to stay off the grid. We spent last winter and spring cruising around exploring Resurrection Bay and Day Harbor. This boat is older but still in great condition. The hull is great shape with a dry bilge, standing and running rigging are in good shape, and the sails are all in good condition. Previous owners have raced this boat single handed and the last owner sailed it north from Seattle. We are selling as we have just bought a second boat to live on. 4' shoal keel, has been used only in fresh water, aluminum mast & boom. Brand new sails, fully battened loose foot main sail (w/cover) 130% furling headsail (Sunbrella cover) on a Harken furler. Symmetrical spinnaker in a turtle with dousing scoop & pole. 3 winches, the two main being self-tailing & a cabin top winch for the halyards, with line jammers. The boat has both bow & stern pulpits with double lifelines on stanachions. Cockpit seats are long & comfortable w/cushions. Two large lazarettes & a line locker in the cockpit. Self-bailing cockpit. Stainless steel swim ladder mounted on the transom & round Magma grill on the stern pulpit. The anchor & steaming lights are newer LED lights. VHF radio is new. Aft galley, starboard quarder-berth, V-berth, salon berth, hanging locker, fold down table. Large sliding hatch cover & is all teak trimmed. Top speed power is just over 6 kts. Tiller steered. Auxiliary is gasoline Atomic 4 engine that was rebuilt and has less than 100 hours on it. The ground tackle is a 25lb Bruce anchor on a stainless steel bow roller & 6' of covered chain on 150' of braided rode in a large bow locker. May be seen at Pioneer Marina in Oshkosh.
