Stock #389132 Beautiful 2004 RegalCommodore 3560 very well kept and low hours on the engines. 2004 Regal 3560 Express Cruiser, cruise the water in luxury. This vessel is powered by (2) Volvo Penta 8.1L engines that produce 375HP each. The design and layout provide space and generous seating above and below deck. Important features: The larger swim platform allows roomy and comfortable boarding to the stern section. The stern boarding area has a hot/cold transom shower, a concealed three-step swim ladder, and a remote for the stereo. A larger storage locker has been built into the transom as well. When in the cockpit area, the sliding door that serves as the entrance to the forward area also serves as a step when closed to access the above bow area. On the foredeck is a large sun pad covered in Sunbrella canvas with two stainless steel cup holders. The bow area of the boat has two storage lockers for lines and fenders. The boat overall is in nice condition. The gel coat was clean, hull sides are shiny. The boat gets detailed regularly. The cushion look nice with minimal wear and tear. The canvas top and enclosure look great. The helm appears to be in good operational condition. The gauges are clear, switches easy to read and controls look nice. The cabin was clean with no odors or mildew present. The cabin sole in the salon is real wood and in nice condition. The cabins had the carpet replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The cabinets and galley look nice. The entry near the forward head has some slight delamination. The cabinets look nice and no water stains were present. The seller is the second owner and is selling it because he's not able to use it. The seller purchased it in 2021 and had the starboard engine and the outdrives rebuilt shortly thereafter. The seller just discovered the port engine needs to be rebuilt, priced accordingly! The mechanic believes it's a blown head gasket. On the day that the port engine went out the sellers were on the water and had stopped for a while. They started it up, and went into reverse and then drive. It died in the shift and never started back. They initially thought it was the starter based on the sound, but when they looked at the motor a fluid was present, but they are not sure what it was or where it came from. The boat was stored on a lift when purchased in 2021, and the seller had it bottom painted and kept it in the water for roughly 3 months before it was stored dry on land, where it remains.
