The hull, deck, and exterior of the boat are in good condition. The captain's chair needs to be replaced. The interior needs a complete refit. The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained. The settee located in the ship is not included, but the settee at the end of the photos will be placed back in. The overall condition of the boat is need some work. The hull could use a detailing, and there were a few scratches and gouges. The flybridge upholstery is in fair condition with a few cracks in it. Some of the Isinglass was damaged during a storm (2022) and the seller has an insurance claim and scheduled canvas company to repair. The sofa's finish is peeling on the left arm/cushion in the salon. The generator is not running, and the seller has never tried to use it.
