2005 Rampage 38' Express "Fish Wife" is a rare bright red one-owner Rampage 38' with low hours (370 original!) on her CAT 510hp C-9 engines.  Contrary to some of the reported information, this boat (and all others of her vintage) actually has a solid fiberglass bottom and cored hullsides well above the waterline. Rampage did not offer the red hull as an option, so the owner ordered the boat white and had it painted with Awlgrip at the famous Atlantic Yacht Basin yard in Great Bridge, VA prior to his taking final delivery.  Unlike gelcoat, Awlgrip holds its shine for a very long time.  She comes equipped with all of the popular factory options including the helm ac/heat package, marlin tower, Lee outriggers, full enclosure (all new in  2012), Todd Ayers electronics package (side scanning sonar just added), helm deck icemaker, flat screen TV, Zodiac 6-Man liferaft, etc.    Props recently tuned, and running gear coated with "prop-speed".  All service has been performed by the same yard in Deltaville, VA since new- and all service records are available.  Maintained with an "open check-book" policy, this Rampage truly stands out and must be seen!  Listing broker is a former Rampage dealer and knows these boats very well.  Please call with any questions or to arrange for a showing.

2017 Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 In the tradition of the latest 41.1, the Oceanis 38.1 cleverly combines practical features, performance and elegance on boat sizes where function generally outweighs personalisation:  the Oceanis range continues to stand by its desire to offer a wide choice to demanding customers. The new Oceanis 38.1 offers a performance to habitability ratio second to none on this size of cruising yacht. Length and beam on the waterline have been extended to the limit to make her quick to cut through the water, while increasing stability. EXTERIOR DESIGN The Oceanis 38.1s chined hull offers particularly surprising cruising comfort. Good and taut to aft and low on the water, the rigidity under sail of this cruiser takes her further and faster, with exceptional stability. It is a real joy to have two helm stations, a mainsail arch and a huge swim platform on a sailing yacht this size. INTERIOR DESIGN For the Italian design team, the challenge was to multiply the living spaces in the saloon and offer greater privacy in the owner cabin, while maintaining the visual perspective that her opening to the bow offered in previous versions.  The new L-shaped galley makes a facing seat saloon arrangement possible. The space has been well optimised to allow eight people to sit around the table.   LIVING SPACES A PRIORITY Designed to suit a variety of sailing programmes and increasingly different lifestyles on board, the Oceanis 38.1 is available respectively in 6 versions with varied layouts: number of cabins and bathrooms, modularity of the saloon, choice of galley, storage capacity, etc. SEPERATE OWNER CABIN Now accessed by a double door, the owner cabin offers wonderful privacy.  This new separate space still has a pleasant forward view of the boat when the doors are open. TAILOR-MADE INTERIOR ATMOSPHERES Light Oak or Mahogany Alpi: the Oceanis 38.1 offer a choice between a contemporary light oak or more classic Mahogany Alpi atmosphere. Once the cabinet work has been decided upon, a wide choice of linings and upholstery colours and materials adds the finishing personal touches.

What makes the 38 CC run so well? It's not just the twin steps. This boat also has a setback and notch built into the transom, as well as a V-pad on the hull bottom, which is where the entire boat rides at high speeds. The net result? An 8 to 15 percent increase in overall speed, midrange performance, and fuel economy over plain-Jane V-bottoms. The steps introduce a cushion of aerated water under the boat, which breaks adhesion and allows the hull to run faster. It also seems to soften re-entries and impacts when the seas kick up. If you want to run above highway speeds, the boat has to be built to take it-and construction is another area in which Fountain takes a sophisticated approach. The hull is solid fiberglass from the waterline down, with the keel, strakes, and hullsides cored to boost stiffness and rigidity. The stringer grid is molded, glassed into place, and pumped full of foam. And the hull-to-deck joint is tightly secured: It's riveted to keep it in place when the through-bolts are run through, Plexus adhesive/sealant is applied in the joint, and where the two parts meet they're fiberglassed together. Popping across a chop at 65 mph and taking large boat wakes in the 50-mph range, the boat feels as solid as most competitive boats do at 30 mph. And what a bruiser! This is the King Kong, Super Man, the world-beater of the genre, guaranteed to get you out to the best fishing grounds faster, more comfortably, and safer, than any other boat of its type. The hull is our state-of-the-art Super Ventilated Positive Lift design, born of decades of grueling competition in the dog-eat-dog world of offshore racing. You've got world-champion offshore racer Reggie Fountain's guarantee that you can't find a better boat. The entire layout is the end result of the combined experience and knowledge of the highly successful Fountain fishing team. Did we mention just how you badly you can annihilate the competition on the run out? The 38 Tournament, powered by triple 275-hp Mercury Verado outboards, blasts through the seas at 60 mph. Cruise at a fuel-sipping 42 mph, giving you an astounding 1.2 mpg and stretching your range to 321 miles with our standard 300-gal. capacity.

Owned by a 50T Coast Guard Master Licensed Captain with sailing/towing endorsements. We're offering for sale our Legend 37 sailboat. She has around 500 hours on the Yanmar 3HM35F 34hp diesel. Sails are two years old. 3 year old Hypalon dinghy on davits with 9.8hp Tohatsu outboard. Honda eu3000i generator. Cash only (no seller financing, etc). She is priced on the upper end of her class, but the others aren't necessarily turn-key. We'd be happy to take a serious buyer out for a daysail to experience how quick and smooth she runs. Our vessel is turn key after we have gone through everything over the years. We have owned her around 5 years and now have 10 footitis.Five year old bimini and dodger installed (along with targa fill piece) and replaced the standing rigging.September 2010 we replaced the steering chain, steering cable, throttle cable, and shift cable. In March 2011 we installed a new Mermaid M16 (16,500 BTU) reverse cycle heat and air unit with FX1 digital control system. We also hauled out in March 2011 for fresh bottom paint. SR60 by Petit was what we used. 3 coats overall and 4 along the waterline, leading and trailing edges. Paint is still in great condition according to our diver and will probably last another year or two with maintenance, but we'd be happy to repaint the bottom for a buyer after closing.August 2011 we purchased a Honda eu3000i electric start generator, which runs the a/c and all power as needed.November 2011 we installed a complete new Coldmachine refrigerator with a small freezer box. It is a large fridge area. We also rebuilt the injectors, injection pump, and replaced the lift pump, so the fuel system is in top shape.March 2013 we replaced the holding tank with a 20 gallon waste grade bag.August 2013 repainted the non-skid.September 2013 we replaced the headsail with a new one. We still have the old one, which is still usable. We still have the usable sail we removed. We have 120 feet of chain and 250 feet of line for a 370 foot total rode.Wifi boost antenna and router which enhances wifi reliability on the boat tremendously. She has well supported davits holding a 2011 RIB and 2012 9.8 4-stroke outboard. She also has a spinnaker with sock.6 Group 29 batteries with nearly 700aH of capacity. 1985 Bluewater Ingrid The Ingrid 38 from the pen of William Atkin is a heavy displacement blue water cutter derived from Colin Archer's famous double ender designed North Sea pilot boats, which in turn were inspired by Viking boats renowned for their heavy weather characteristics. Perhaps Atkin sums it up best by saying it's "the kind of boat that behaves herself in rough water and can be depended upon to sail herself". (To that part we do hear frequent mentions of the superb one-finger-on-tiller tracking and a comfortable ride.) With her old world style, Josette's a good looking boat with a sheer line reminiscent of Crealock's famous Westsail 32. Her seaworthiness is there to see in her full keel, heavy displacement and overbuilt construction. Her hull is heavily hand laid in fiberglass. There's robust outboard chain plates and an outboard rudder protected by extra fiberglass and a large bronze shoe casting should she scrub the bottom. Atkin's main rework on the Ingrid 38 from Archer's original design was finer entry on the bow which 'cushions' her landing off the waves and even may increase speed slightly. Below the waterline she has a long full keel with deep v-sections forward keeping her stable in the rough. The ballast is encapsulated and is distributed from bow to stern, to keep the weight as low as possible. Rounding this off, there's plenty of flotation designed in her ends, fore and aft which helps keep her dry. The trade off of heavy displacement and ultimate stability is usually in speed so the Ingrid 38 is not considered fast. By the numbers, her hull speed works out at 7.2 knots but she'll more often manage a consistent 6 knots while cruising. Surprisingly she's known to sail pretty well in light airs, as owners report she'll do half the wind speed in up to 8 knots of wind. However, she's a boat that comes into her own in heavier seas. The cutter rig gives plenty of options on all points of sail and she's an easy boat to single-hand. Josette is her original name and she has spent most all of her life in fresh water. She only spent one year in salt water in 1985, her original launch year. This is a one-owner vessel. The hull was built in 1974 by Bluewater Yachts in Washington state and it is reported that these are the same builders that build the Nordic Tugs. The interior cabin sides (ceiling) were finished in planking by the original owner. The hull is foam insulated to keep you cool when it is hot outside and warm when it is cold outside. The galley area is a great work space for any type of cooking. The mast is anodized aluminum construction by MetalMast Marine, with internal halyards. The hull is solid fiberglass construction and does have some gel coat surface blisters above the waterline, but they do not appear to be structural. She recently had the following engine work accomplished: new head gasket, two new exhaust valves, injector service,
