This is the tall rig version of the Ericson 38 with heavy gauge rigging, 55 foot mast has tabernacle configuration. This vessel presents in good condition for her age. Her owner reports she is a great sailing boat, with a very roomy interior. No time to sail the boat results in her being for sale. Pathfinder Diesel (Volkswagon Rabbit wide RPM Range Marine Diesel) is not running &requires rebuild. Priced to sell quickly as is without the engine operational. New Pathfinder engine is $5,000. But this is not a normal Pathfinder. It has the heavy duty shaft driven water pump and extra duty heat exchanger. Plus seller added on a special seawater transparent filter mounted under the sink in the galley. Not really a necessity on the west coast, but good security for when there is a high volume shaft driven water pump installed. Seller did not spare expenses as evidenced by how he added radar to a racer/cruiser with a tabernacle configuration. A separate radar mast is installed to isolate the setup, keeping it away from halyards, spinnaker pole activity and foresail sheets, and other rigging during mast lowering/raising. Seller will replace the clear plastic in the dodger before a buyer takes delivery. 1979 Ericson Sloop Speaking from experience the Ericson 35 is one of the best sailing boats I have ever sailed. She is a strong performer, comfortable, safe and easily single-handed. QV has been sailed by this owner over the past several years to every port of note, along the northern Gulfcoast. She has been well cared for by all previous owners and it is evident. The young ones have fled the nest and the owner wants to move on to a new adventure.

1970 Ericson 29' sloop This is a very affordable, spacious sailboat cared for by her moving up owner of many years. She will seat 8 in her robust cockpit with as new upholstery. Much larger than the Catalina 27' or the Ericson 28' she has a newly upholstered aft sleeping berth as well as her forward V berth. Honduran mahogany throughout with "old school" glass hull thickness, this is the perfect boat as a starter cruiser. With her included Raymarine Auto helm, Magma bar b que and immaculate upholstery she is a great boat just to come stay in the slip and enjoy your "sail cation". Sleeping a maximum of 6 but sleeps four in private cabins, this is an unusual find. You could keep this boat for years and sell her for what you paid for her. Dana Point slip available with Marina approval. Full canvas enclosure allows for privacy with stand up head room. Canvas enclosure alone would be a $3,000 expenditure.
