1989 Ericson 32 200 The Classic Bruce King designed Ericson 32 was originally launched in 1967. The boat sported many interesting innovations such as an internally ballasted lead (not iron) keel which is an integral part of the hull. She has a more traditional keel stepped mast. Other features such as mid ship head and aft cabin make this a comfortable cruiser. The current owner is the second owner of the boat. She has parts for different projects that remain to be completed. Roll up your sleeves and invest a little sweat equity to bring her back up to great shape.

1977 Ericson 32-2, I'd like to introduce you to the 'Grey Finn'... a beautifully designed sailboat. Original 'bill of sale' and documents navigating her journey in 1977 out of California, through the Panama Canal, up the eastern seaboard, and finally settling back in to her current home at the docks of Isla Del Sol Yacht Club. A classic California sloop designed by the renowned Bruce King in 1977. A well respected vessel for both liveaboards and day users alike. Her bow berth will sleep 2 adults comfortably, with side lights and a hatch for comfort day and night alike. In the salon, a settee folds down to make a second berth, where two children or one adult will sleep comfortably. A third berth, appropriately named a coffin berth or quarter berth, is located on the port side, tucked under the pilot station. Sleeps 4 comfortably, and 5 in a pinch. Potential live aboard, smaller sized vessels have gone comfortably around the world, but if you're dreams are more realistic, this has been a VERY fun and enjoyable boat to own with my family. Surveyed in 2014, included in saleClean title, current registrationUSCG approved vessel, as inspected and given status March 2016Bottom needs paint, a haul out and paint job has been quoted at $1800.I'm not aware of the total engine hours, but consider that a new Yanmar diesel was installed since her first journey. This diesel has been serviced by Yacht Power out of St. Petersburg. Other repairs have been done by Brad Kadau, the owner of Paradise Yacht Service. The bottom has been cleaned once a month by Tropical Dive Service. A new bimini top was installed in 2015 with stainless steel tubing and sunbrella fabric.A new quarter berth cushion was made in 2016, using high comfort foam and sunbrella fabric.Air conditioning unit is included in the sale of this boat. It is a hatch mounted CruisAir model and easily runs off shore power or a generator if you have one aboard.A new septic system was installed in 2016.A new gas tank was installed in 2016.A new gas BBQ grill was installed in 2014.Over the time that we've owner her, I've detected small leaks from the deck, nothing major or more than a drip. I've done my best to keep up with these which tend to occur mostly at the stanchion mount. SPECIFICATIONS BELOW:The first ERICSON 32 (also known as the SCORPION 32 - 1966) was a completely different boat and was only produced for a short period of time. This, far more popular version, is conventionally referred to as ERICSON 32-2. It began production in 1969 and hull numbers 101 through 573 were built by 1978. LOA: 31.58' / 9.63m LWL: 24.00' / 7.32mBeam: 9.67' / 2.95mDraft (max.) 4.92' / 1.50mDisplacement: $11000
1977 Ericson 5101 The Ericson 32 is a Bruce King design from the late 1960s through the late 70s, when 475 of these great fin keel, spade rudder, (double spreader mast) boats were built. They were quite popular and did well in racing circles; cruisers loved them for their comfort and fast passages. Feothan is a two owner boat only and she has spent her entire life on Lake Michigan. This is a solid fiberglass hull with a cored deck. The hull and decks appear to be solid and do not have structural problems. She has no history of damage to the hull. The fore deck and starboard deck had some core replacement in 2012 by Torresen Marine, Inc. She is in heated storage and will soon be outside, with her mast stepped. The prop shaft and seal were repaired in 2012. The head, waste tank and all lines were replaced in 2012. The depth sounder unit was replaced and a Garmin chart plotter were all added in 2013. New main and jib sheets were installed 2 years ago and new halyards are to be installed this summer. Lazy jacks were recently installed for the main. The sails are original and are in good to fair condition. The interior cushions appear to be original, but are in good condition. The teak and holly cabin sole have minor cosmetic blemishes. There is a cold water manual pump in the galley and head compartments. There is an ice box that drains to the bilge. The engine is the original Atomic Four - it has received frequent service throughout its life, including annual oil changes. The raw water pump impeller was recently replaced. The carburetor was serviced recently as well. Come feel the breeze with Feothan! Check out this classic today!

1986 Ericson 38-200 The Ericson 38-200 is a luxurious, high performance cruiser with thoroughbred lines. The rig is tall, for excellent speed in light to moderate winds. Aerodynamically superior spreaders also create a narrow shroud base which abets weatherly performance by favoring the sheeting angle. Mast, boom, winches, halyard systems, and standing and running rigging are configured for short crew sailing, and installed for keeps. The Ericson 38-200 Series locates the head and shower stall aft to allow for a slightly larger forward stateroom complete with two hanging lockers, storage compartments, vanity and seat. The owner's stateroom is positioned aft and features a large double berth, a door for complete privacy, hanging locker, vanity and plenty of storage. The main salon is an outstanding environment for socializing, but when the day is over, the dinette can be made into a third double bunk. The 32-hp Yanmar diesel is fully accessible from all sides.
