She's in great condition. Cared for with utmost respect due her. Bottom is cleaned monthly. Diver says she's in good shape. Hauled out 5-7 years ago. Engine is well maintained and very strong. The batteries are new as of 2014 and the refrigeration unit was installed in 2013. Running rigging is 10-15 years of age. New Upholstery, storm windows and drapes throughout the boat. The cloth in the photos, covering the the deck is rigged to combat the birds that roost on the mast, and keeps the deck clean. The boat is being sold as is! The condition on this boat is incomplete. It is a boat that was in the middle of an overhaul. Work that has been finished is exceptional. Finishing the mast and rigging will be necessary.A good deck and interior cleaning is needed due to sitting for the last 2 year's. There is extensive wood damage in the interior due to water leaking in. The electronics on the boat are questionable due to none use and open to some elements. Almost all new shrouds, sheet, and lines. 120 horsepower Ford Lehman Diesel, 6 cylinder; 8.5 kts. Westerbeke 38112 Generator. New battery-operated bow thruster - remote controlled. 110 and 220 shore power with new 30 amp triple charger. New aluminum fuel tanks.
